Bad news

(Chapter 1)

It is the last day of school I am upset because It is the last time I will get to see my crush. Until next year. We don't talk but I still like him.

(At home)

When I walked in the door my mom said "how was school" good. I was lying but it's ok "ok". Me and my brother was in our rooms my mom and dad told us to come down stairs she had some news. " well kids we have some bad news we will be going on a 1 year long business trip and we will not be here for our birthdays" how will we get food? "Your brother can drive". What about money? "We will take care of everything".

The next day we were telling everyone our goodbyes then my mom and dad left. My brother said "come on " where are we going? "we are going to get stuff for my birthday party it's today remember" oh yeah let's go! When we got to the store we got balloons, streamer, food and a lot of other stuff.

My brother is having his girlfriend, friend, and his friends girlfriend, and a surprise gust I'm kind of scared of who it is because he knows everyone I know and I don't have a lot of friends so who could he possibly invite?
