The Tale of Two Sisters

Chapter ten

I wake up to a servant tapping my shoulder.
"Miss, you must get up you need to leave soon." She says in a quite tone.

I nod my head and she leaves. I look at the end of my bed and see an outfit sitting there which I'm guessing I need to wear. I roll out of bed and walk over to my cloths. There is a simple long black dress with the long sleeves that flow down. There is a also a simple gold string that wrapped around the waist. There are some brown boots that go to my knees. I put everything on and head down to the stables. I see Tess standing there next to Phillip.

"Your horse ma lady." Tess says with a smile and a small bow. I give a small courtesy and a smile.

"Now I do have a gift to present to you. It was handcrafted by the best blacksmith in this town." Tess pulls out a long beautiful silver sword with a bronze dragon wrapping around the hilt of the sword.

"This is the most beautiful sword I have ever seen. Thank you so much" I say as I stare at it in astonishment. He hands me the sword and the leather case to hold it in.

"Well good luck. Hope nothing terrible happens out there because of them." I nod my head and grab Phillips reins and head out of the stables.

I'm one of the last to arrive to the group.

"Your highness, I am general Turk. I will helping you today. " general Turk was the same guy in the meeting.

"Thank you general." I say with a nod.

"Alright men let us get going. Once we get in the forest we'll split. Her majesty will come with my group. Understand?"  I see avuncular of nods.

"General will we have anyone liking in the sky?" Says someone besides me.

"No not yet. Let's go"

We start heading out of the gate and we leave the Levalon kingdom behind.

As we ride I see a group split off from the rest of us. That must the group that is separating from us. We walk for sometime and don't see anyone. We stop for lunch and then keep going. Then I hear a loud crunch.

General Turk whips around and tells me to get behind him so I do. I look around and I see it. I don't know how to explain it. This thing wears a metal cloak and glows a lighting blue. I see everyone go pale. This thing is dangerous.

"RUN!" I hear the general say me I kick Phillip as hard as I can and get out of there as fast as possible. I look around and realize that nobody else is following. I hear static and screams. I keep going. I hear more screams as I'm going wishing I would've stayed behind to help. The screaming stops. I slow down and look around. Then it comes chasing after me running as fast as a horse. So Phillip starts running, but runs me into a tree branch. I'm knocked off and Phillip keeps going. I turn around and it is standing there. I see it's face and it looks like lightning.

"Hello your majesty. I'm here to take you to your father and sister." It says with a dark voice and a cold smile.

"Where is she?!"

"Only if you are willing to come with me"

"Never! You will have to kill me!"

"I can do that if you would like" it smile and grabs my throats and starts to choke me. I can't breath and I see it's other start sparking with electricity. My eyes widen and then I hope that by some miracle it doesn't kill me. Then I see my hand turn a pale icy blue and I start freezing this thing in front of me. It smiles back and laughs this laugh that would make you want to cry. And it just leaves just like that. Thank goodness.

I look down at my hands and they are still icy blue and I touch the tree next to me and it freezes. I try to make ice come out of my hand but it doesn't. Disappointed, but also a little freaked out.

I head back to where the general was and see bodies everywhere. All of their hair is on ends and they all look like they where backed in an oven. The it must of fried all of them. That's not good. I don't know how to get back to the castle from here and Phillip also ran in the other direction. I don't even know where the other group is or even if they are still alive.

I'm stranded in the middle of the forest.
