"Jae!" My name being called out woke me from a sound sleep but I wouldn't budge,"Jae!"

I knew this demon wouldnt leave until she got her way but I stood my ground. You won't win so easily this time, Tsubasa!

Squeezing my eyes shut with agitation, I cutely wiggled my nose and pulled the covers over my head and whined so the peppy, pastel haired, girl would get the message... or so I hoped. She did tend to be quite dense.

This theory is only proven due to the fact that she had begun to poke my back- I hate when people touch my back.

A cool shiver ran down my spine as I turned in my sheets and grabbed her hand with aggression, causing her to scream her high pitched scream and step back.

"Fine! Be late, Jae!" She huffed before walking away.

Late? What the hell did she mean by late?

Moments later I heard footsteps re-enter the room followed by the scent of morning coffee.

"J-jae?" Hana cooed softly as I peered out from under the blankets.

Her arms were stretched out towards me, in her hands a cup of fresh coffee. She was still quite shy towards me.

As I took the cup she offered a tiny smile,"Careful..." she mumbled,"It's very hot."

I offered a smile of reassurance back,"Thanks, Hana!" I replied in Japanese so she would understand better,"If only Tsubasa were the same way!"

She giggled graciously and skipped out of the room, happy to have helped me get out of bed.

I took my time getting ready, pulling my hair into a tight pony tail before walking into the living room to see Mi na reading... This was to be expected from her. Mi was the quiet type, very tranquil. However, when she did talk she'd go on for ages... Normally I avoided asking her mind boggling questions.

"Finally ready?" Mi asked, folding her page over and gazing up at me.

I nodded swiftly and met the group in the practice room where I watched them go over the choreography I had assigned each member.

"I can't wait for tonight!" Tsu exclaimed eagerly, jumping up and down like a child," I hope the other idols like us!"

Hana's eyes widened and she walked off to the side, completely abandoning the bit of the chorus she was dancing to.

We all knew Hana was afraid of what everyone would think of her even though all of us always reassured her that her timidness just made her cuter.

Mi and I turned our heads in a scolding manner towards Tsubasa who shrunk back a bit, shrugging her shoulders "whoops?"

I had decided to go off to find Hana after that ecounter and found her sitting alone in the kitchen, browsing through videos on her phone.

"Look at how amazing they are..." she mumbled to me softly.

Crouching down beside her I saw she was watching a live performance of Astro's " Breathless ".

"Jae... How am I ever supposed to measure up to that... Jin Jin is way cuter than me!" She pouted,"And an amazing dancer."

I felt a piece of my heart break seeing such an innocent girl doubting her abilities,"Hana... You'll be amazing... Just remember we'll all be up there with you... even if you do mess up barely anyone would notice. If they do theyre probably focusing on you because you're their bias so they'll be forgiving!" I encouraged her.

"You really think so?" She asked, pushing her caramel colored hair out of her face.

I nodded and lead her back to the practice room.

---
We had just finished watching 24K perform, then Topp Dogg. All four of us were generally amazed by the lesser known idols.

Tsu kept talking about the boy with bushy hair from Topp Dogg and I couldnt say I blamed her. He was very adorable.

I hadn't had my eye on anyone in particular other than Daeil (yeah yeah he isnt in 24k anymore. Sssh pretend).

I dont know what group went after Topp Dogg because we were called backstage as they were walking off.

I had noticed Daeil coming my way just as one of the boys from Topp Dogg rushed over and attacked him with a tight hug.  Feeling slightly awkwardly I just stood there as the two friends reunited.

"DAEIL!" The excitable boy exclaimed, throwing his arms around him and squeezing the breath out of him.

He picked the smaller guy up and spun around in a circle, a bright smile on his previously slick and cool face I had seen," Hansol! It's good to see you!"

The boys both chuckled and smiled, beginning to chat.

About half way through the performance of the group before us, Daeil was set free from the boy he called Hansol and he approached me, scratching the nape of his neck.

"Err.. Jae... Right?" he asked me, taking me surprise.

He knew who I was?

I nodded shyly, " Y-yeah that's me!"

"I just wanted to say, I really like Aozora! You girls are so cute! What a concept!" Daeil gushed.

I soon felt a blush rise to my face and giggle in response, moving my bangs out of my eyes and looking up at him with a gentle smile," Thank you so much! I'm a big fan of 24K."

"She's a big fan of you she means." Tsubasa joked, elbowing me playfully.

Luckily she said it in Japanese so he was lost in translation.

"What was that?" he asked kindly as if to say he couldn't hear.

I panicked and played with the hem of my shorts," It was nothing. Tsu was just saying it's time to go on soon! I should probably get going... But you guys were really good!"

Dragging Tsubasa behind me, we approached stage side, joining Hana and Mina.

"I hate you..." I mumbled under my breath, rolling my eyes," That could have been real embarrassing for me, Tsubasa."

She must have taken it to heart, being extremely sensitive despite her peppy attitude. She seems very easy going and excitable...  It's hard to remember how easily she gets hurt.

All of us turned to each other and smiled as the lights dimmed. a single spotlight came on in the middle of the stage as our intro played. We all smiled in unison before turning to the stairs and climbing up from behind the curtain, taking our places on stage.

We all stood with our backs to the crowd before turning as our first song started.

To our surprise there was an eruption of applause, many fans excitedly jumping up andck  down.

The four of us projected our voices with confidence, our movements sharp and agile across the stage as lights flooded spots around us.

I looked to the idol groups at their tables in front of the crowd barriers. A lot of them were either impressed or singing along... a small amount didn't seem to be into us though. Pristin seemed indifferent which made me sad.

Overall though, it was a dream come true.

((So I just want to update ya'll on what's happening. I may not update as frequently as I have been because my practice schedule is so tight. Normally I like to get a full 8 hours of dance in... But now I'll be taking it to another level. Im performing in Boston on Asia night with a few of my friends (Playing With Fire By Black Pink) and then in July I'm performing The Beat with a group I have gathered up from my area at a convention center as guests of honor... Lastly, in October JYP is holding auditions in Boston at a hotel and conference spot so I'll be attending that... I have a busy few months cut out for me. I'll try to stay dedicated to you all though! I love writing these! They're very fun!)
