Personality: He's overprotective of his sister, and isn't afraid to kill if one messes with her. He knows a lot, and even more than he should, so he's observant and open-minded. However, he is respectful, and will listen and understand if what he's doing is unnecessary. Even if he's overprotective, he has a good reason for it.
Likes(optional): He likes his sister. No. He LOVES his sister. He will do anything in his power to keel her safe. But also, he loves the color red, and the heat. But that's not why they named him, "flare". His name also has a deep meaning behind it, just like his sister.
Dislikes(optional): he's hate to see his sister upset, harassed, scared, or hurt. When he's mad about his sister, he won't hesitate to fight.
Sexuality: he's never really had an attraction. Nobody knows his sexuality.
Backstory: this is something I can't just tell for spoilers. So you'll just have to find out.
Other: He can also make dimensions with his eye, and it does take a lot of energy. But he knows the rest of his powers unlike his sister, but doesn't use it often.
