Part 10

Part 10!!!

The drive back home was a silent one.. Khushi was looking out of the window while Arnav was concentrating on the road..

As soon as car screeched at halt infront of RM, khushi comes out of the car without saying anything and rings the bell..

Hariprakash opens the door to see Khushi n Arnav . He moves back to give them space to enter..

Arshi comes in the living room an sees Anjali Mami n nani chatting.. Anjali is the first one to see Arnav n khushi  n ushers them to sit beside her.

“How was the dinner??” asked Anjali.

Before Arnav could say something khushi said-“It was nice Di. Wo actually Kamla Mausi arrived. She wasn’t able to attend the wedding due to her son's health, so she came to give blessings.”

“Ohh!!” said Anjaali..

If Arnav was surprised listening to her lie he didn’t show it. And thought to himself when she has brother why isn’t she saying about him that he came to meet her..

Nani just looked away clearly showing she is still upset..

Arnav seeing the not so cordial behaviour of Nani Mami n Anjali with khushi stood up n said- “di khushi will give you the remaining information tomorrow, now excuse us come khushi.” Saying this he goes to his room followed by khushi..

As khushi enters the room she sees that the room is in total mess. Files and papers are scattered on the floor. She keeps the bag which she brought from GH on coffee table n disappears in the washroom taking her night dress.

Arnav just keeps staring at her back n wonders what just happened..

By the time Khushi comes out of the washroom, Arnav cleared the mess created by him in the morning as he was very much angry on khushi as she left to GH without informing him.

Khushi ignores him n directly goes and lay on the bed.

Arnav comes out of the washroom changing his dress, he was about to take the pillow from the bed. Khushi thinks that he is sleeping on bed n says-“You can take the pillow n sleep on the recliner like yesterday as I don't want to share the bed with you”

“same here sweetheart” Saying this Arnav goes n sleep on the recliner.

Next Day

Breakfast Table

Everyone were present at the dining table for breakfast except NK.. Khushi n Payal were serving the food.

“Payal and Khushi you both can sit and join us for breakfast. If we want we can serve ourselves or HP will do It, you don’t need to serve.” Ordered Arnav not liking the fact that they both are serving n others are eating.

“Haan bitiya sit down with us.” Said Nani to Payal ignoring khushi as she doesn't exist.

“Hello Hii Bye Bye then whatzz(what) is the ujj (use) of this phatee sari n khoon bhari taang??” said mami

“Manorama...” said nani sternly.
Khushi n Payal settled themselves beside their husbands respectively.

Aakash bitwa after 2 days we have your reception party don’t forget it. Due to Amma’s  health we had to postpone it but now she is fine.(turning to Arnav) what about your reception party Arnav bitwa, are you going to hold it with Aakash or separately as no one except our family and Guptas know that you are married..” asked mamaji.

[*Note- Muh Dikhayi did not happen here as in the show. So no one knows that ArShi are married except the family members as on the marriage day they came after all the guests left..]

Arnav n Khushi at once looked at each other n looked away. Where are all the family members were staring at them.

“No mamaji. This reception party will wholly be of Aakash n Payal. I’ll hold it separately. And no one I mean it no one in the party should know that I’m married to khushi.. I’ll announce it when the right time comes. Till then keep it to ourselves. So all of you please seal your mouths especially Di n Mami.. n Payal say this to your family too..” said Arnav in a authoritative voice.

On seeing many questioning looks he explained- “ see there was a reason we married in a haste and we cannot say it to you all now. Wait till the right time comes as now it isn’t. I promise I’ll say you the reason on the right time. But for now let it go and continue with the plans as you all planned. There will be no changes.. am I clear??”

All nodded their heads n kept quiet as they know it they asked any questions Now, volcano can erupt anytime.

But only 2 people where satisfied by this decision. First one is Nani as she don’t want the world to know khushi as Arnav’s wife as she is still in search of Anaya, and the other one is khushi who don’t want to reveal her identity yet. As she knows once she attend the party many business men who knows her can identify her easily which may risk her life.

“And mami I don’t want you to call my wife names. If others are willing( eyeing Aakash) you can call them but not my wife. This is my first n last warning, you shouldn't call her by that name neither in my presence not in my absence..” saying this he got up from the chair took his coat and left from there.

Everyone were stunned listening this especially khushi as she wasn’t expecting Arnav to stand for her.

“Yes, Manorama Chote said right, you should stop calling Payal n Khushi bitiya names..” saying this Nani too got up n left for her room.

Everyone started leaving the table after finishing their dinner except Payal n Khushi..

“Khushi..” payal was about to say something when NK hurriedly came to the table.

“Good morning Payal Bhabhi, good morning khushiji.. how are you all?” asked NK

“Good morning NKji come sit I’ll serve you the Breakfast” said payal

“No Payal Bhabhi don’t mind me saying actually I don’t ea this heavy breakfast. I asked HP to bring my cornflakes, You finish yours..” said NK smiling at Khushi..

Payal just smiles smiled and continued having her breakfast along with khushi.

After the Breakfast khushi helped Payal cleaning the table n left from there..
