Garrett is the usual stoner. He gets really creative when he tokes. He was known for fixing someone's busted wheel with just a heat gun and rubber. He tokes every other day and right before he sleeps due to his sleep apnea and right before school to get rid of the stress. His parents don't care anymore about the smell and he can usually just smoke it right in front of them. He has the usual Bong, Vape and Rolls. He often mistakes a peice of paper as a medicinal card for the drugs and usually gets in trouble with the police for it, being arrested several times for posession.
