Logic's POV

If Plane A falls from the sky at an diagonal acceleration of 120 mph² and if Plane B is falling from 50 meters lower than Plane A at 110 mph², when will the two planes meet?

Ugh! Another simple problem. I'll just move onto the next-

"DINNER'S READY!!"

A voice like that could only be one person: Morality. I rise to my feet from my desk and make my way into the dinning room. Prince and Anxiety were already there, this time not holding hands like normal. Their romance always puzzled me. How could you manage to fall in love with someone who is your complete contrast. Not to mention someone who gets on your nerves most of the time.

"Logan, so glad you could join! What were you doing up in your room for so long?" Morality questioned me as he made my plate. Might I quote the 'gets on your nerves most of the time' portion of my previous statement.

"I was working on math problems, like I always do before dinner. The real question is, Patton, what were you doing before dinner?" I retaliate. Morality gave a nervous smile.

"Nothing! Absolutely nothing at all!"

"He was eating cookies," Thomas chimed in. He held up a vacant box of cookies. "They were supposed to be our dessert, Morality."

"I know, I'm sorry, but you know how much I love cookies!"

"Not only have you possibly spoiled a very nutritious meal, you will more than likely have a sugar high later on this evening," I sighed. "You need to learn some self-control."

"Or maybe you need to learn how to have fun! Have you ever tasted sugar before?"

"A few times, but it is quite unhealthy for the body, so I stay away from it."

"And you guys call me the killjoy," Anxiety mumbles from the other side of the table.

"I would address my behavior as being a 'killjoy', but more of 'having a healthy lifestyle'. Speaking of healthy, the fish seems to be fried. I don't eat fried foods."

"I have a special fish for you, Logan," Morality put my plate down in front of me. "It's not fried, but baked. Also, it ran up the gas bill so you'll have to pay for that."

Everyone around the table groaned. Morality always seemed to find a way to run up the bills. I don't see why it bothered them, though. Money isn't an issue, plus they are not the one taking care of paying the bills.

"Oh, I almost forgot to mention," Thomas began to announce. "I'm having some friends stay over for a couple of days, which means you guys won't be able to leave my mind. We can't have four other Thomas's roaming around."

"No fair! Staying in your mind ruins my creative flow!" Prince whined. I rolled my eyes, annoyed.

"You'll survive a couple of days, Princey. Plus, if you ever get bored you can always come to me," Anxiety soothed him. He had an incredible ability to do that, somehow.

"Ooo, Logan! If Prince and Anxiety are gonna hang out, we should too!" Morality suggested. The way he spoke of it made it sound like a playdate.

"Though the offer is irresistible, I have a lot of work to do." My first comment might have been slightly sarcastic...

"Well, whenever you get a break, don't hesitate to call me!"

"Will do, Morality. Will do."

(A/N: book two, chapter one AND DONE! Great to have you guys back for round two, and to see some new people! More to come soon, hope you enjoy!!)
