Paul runs through the forest, heart broken, mind rushing with thoughts. He reaches the edge of the reservation before coming to a quick stop.
'I can't believe she did this to me.'
He sprints along the edge of the reservation.
'We're supposed to be together.'
Memories of Mack consume his thoughts, slowly becoming the only thing he thinks of.
He is so consumed in his thoughts, he doesn't realize he is at the cliffs until a paw slips, almost causing him to fall into the cold, icy waters.
As his thoughts rush on, his feelings change, and instead of distraught, he is now furious.
Absolutely Furious.

Jake and Mack walk back to Emily's side by side, small smiles on each of their faces.
"Are you seriously telling me.." Mack begins, a smile on her face, light chuckles vibrating through her chest.
"That your favourite super hero is-" she shudders for effect.
"Green Lantern?"
Jake scoffs before wraping an arm around the girl.
"He's the most underappreciated super hero there is."
Mack rolls her eyes, "Yeah cause he sucks!"
The two teens continue to talk as they make their way to Emily's, before being stopped by a furious Paul Lahote.
"What do you want Paul." Jake snaps.
Paul glares at him, anger so evident in his eyes, even Mack became startled.
"I didn't come here for you." he says, before his gaze moves towards Mack.
His eyes soften a bit, and he lets out a heartbroken sigh.
"Why?"
Mack begins to feel saddened, before Jake's words replay in her mind.
"You don't want me Paul, and you can't drag me around like a puppy."
He begins to walk towards her, and she replaces it with several steps back.
"Look at what he's done to you Mack. He's brainwashed you!"
She shakes her head, blonde curls bouncing around her face.
"No Paul, it's you who brainwashed me. You made me think," she pauses, stuttering over her words, "you made me feel, like you wanted to start a relationship with me."
Paul once again goes to step forward, but Jake steps forward.
