Wings of fire: Dark moon

Chapter 2

The SandWing growled, " hello moon... I thought I saw you here. From my cave in the SkyWing kingdom forest."
moon snarled and backed away, DarkStalker lay hidden in the shadows, but his eyes were visible.
" go away grain..." Moon snarled. And grain just snorted... Grain stepped closer and swiped moon across the face. Moon cried in agony, as she swiped helplessly. And suddenly DarkStalker appeared out of the shadows, he swiped grain across the spot on her chest where her heart was located, and grain growled and hit DarkStalker in his face. He flinched and growled. He picked her up by her neck, and he was about to snap it when she kicked him in the chest and he let go of her and clutched his chest. She slashed moon across her chest, and moon wailed in pain. Grain took her final swipe at moon, leaving it on her underbelly. Suddenly grain started choking, and she clutched her neck. She thrashed around choking, her body turned blue and she went limp. DarkStalker lowered his talon, and literally rolled over to moon, he held her tight. Suddenly everything went black.

Moon awoke in her bed of moss, and she looked around. She found DarkStalker curled around her, he wasn't asleep at all. He smiled faintly as she lifted her head.

DarkStalker POV

I watched as Moon lifted her head, looked around. Then plopped down and met my eyes, she looked at her reflection in my eyes as she began to scrunch up her face to cry. And I instantly frowned and told her " moon.... Moon don't cry."
This made her cry even more, finally she stopped.  she saw the big scar and my ragged breathing from Grain's sleek attack. And he instantly made it disappear, she looked up at him. And he knew what she was Asking, what about me? I don't have enough magic to heal you BECUASE you are younger, and it takes more magic for an older dragon to use it on a younger dragon . She frowned and looked down despite her head all ready being down on the moss.
And DarkStalker suddenly burst what he was burning to ask " so who was that brute you call Grain?"
And moon bit her lips, DarkStalker gave her a stern but gentle look. She sighed and said " back at the academy I bumped into her and she lost an amulet that apparently belonged to her mother... And now she hates me."
DarkStalker sighed and asked " why was she living in the SkyWing Kingdom?"
" She used to be Scarlet's petty little messenger, from burn."
" strange..... But she really made a big deal over one thing?"
Moon bit her lips again, and DarkStalker stared at her. Maybe more things I did to her  oh really now?  Maybe...... I won't say anything! Moon smiled at her thought. Then she realized her reflection and tried to move her legs a bit more, she screamed suddenly in pain. And It made DarkStalker jump up, he looked at her legs.
There was a big scratch across them, from a SandWing Barb tail. He freaked out, and told moon " moon!! Stay here and if someone comes here, stay still and hide under the moss! I'm going to get medicine."

Moon POV

I inhaled sharply how come I felt this now? How come I noticed this now? I face palmed myself for thinking so stupid. I was so hurt from my other scratches I couldn't feel the pain. I waited for DarkStalker to return.
I whirled my head around when I heard talon steps, I bared my fangs getting ready to infect who ever was there. And out came DarkStalker with a cactus, I relaxed and sighed.

Suddenly I jerked up and screamed as he put the cactus on my wound. I was pinned down by his force of magic as he broke the cactus and smeared it on my wound. My tears soaker my face as I continued to scream, suddenly it stopped. And I turned my head weakly to see DarkStalker clutching his head and crying, " I can't see.... Y-you cry like that" he whispered. And everything went black.
