i was inspired by the song by the beatles called "here comes the sun" to create this book. this song touched my itty bitty 5 year old heart and has touched it ever since. i believe that it is such a wonderful, uplifting, and positive song. i listen to it every time i'm feeling down, when there is dreary weather, when i'm sick, when i'm in a difficult situation or decision. it calms me down and makes all the badness go away.
i was also inspired by the ray of sunshine, that the girl meets world creators and rowan blanchard made, riley matthews. every time we see her she has a smile on her face. every time she talks she has such enthusiasm in her words. positivity and hope is what i see in her.
