the fluorescent lights keep the town at bay after sundown, shadows pass each other with a greeting (sometimes a pat on the back), hiding behind silly portraits, whilst the moonlight give away the evil doings of the townspeople just before bedtime

some gaze upon the strange stars just to get a glimpse of a newfound dream, though dread fills them up and they can't withstand any restless pain, it was said to be so horrid, the whole neighborhood can feel it as likely hence senses dig deep under to ease up our philosophical underpinnings so they close their windows and doors shut as if we won't still see what they
are doing inside
