As saitama and Wendy left Mr.Dykstra left to regroup with the rest of the hargeon mob as they meet up at the hargeon restaurant and as Mr. Dykstra arrives and enters the restaurant he meets the faces of wounded, beat, and discouraged mobsters stuck in depression and they are lost over the fact that they were only able to take down only two of these damn monsters "ONLY FUCKEN TWO" one of the mobsters said out loud frustrated, angered, and all sorts of emotions escalating between fear and hatred "calm down randy" another mobster said as Randy lashed out "CALM DOWN YOU WANT ME TO CALM DOWN ROSS THERE WERE 500 MEN  STATIONED HERE ROSS. NOW WE ARE DOWN TO 300 AND AND I'M PISSED OFF THAT ALL OF US TOGETHER WERE ABLE TO ONLY TAKDOWN 4 OF THOSE FUCKEN MONSTER'S" randy now calming down.

"And for what all the people already finished evacuating today we are in a ghost town protecting nothing getting more killed and wounded every day and the longer we stay here the more we turn into prey for those DAMN  BEASTS. " SHUT UP RANDY" as Ross lashed back. "SO YOU WANT TO LEAVE AFTER EVERYTHING MR. DYKSTRA HAS DONE FOR US FOR HARGEON IF THAT'S HOW YOU FEEL RANDY THE DOOR IS RIGHT THERE  NO ONE IS STOPPING YOU. BUT UNLIKE YOUR SELFISH ASS I OWE MR DYKSTRA TOO MUCH TO WALLK OUT ON HIM WHEN HE NEEDS ME EVEN IF IT MEANS I LOSE MY LIFE I RATHER DIE PAYING BACK THE MAN I OWE EVERYTHING I HAVE FOR THEN THEN GO ON LIVING LIKE A COWARD. As randy responded back "then you can go and die because this ain't worth shit AND I SAY THE SAME FOR THE REST YOU GUYS" as randy walked out and left the building.

After witnessing everything that just transpired watching on as the other mobsters got even more locked in an even more depressed state then they were already in Mr.Dykstra decided he had seen enough and began in a loud gesture (CLAP) (CLAP) (CLAP) (CLAP) grabbing everyone's attention and so he walked to a position so everyone can see him and began ( 15 years ago I came to hargeon on promotion from my former boss from Crocus and when I arrived I saw abused businesses, crooked knights that abused their power to get there way with the civilians, I saw the port of hargeon become a slum not because they didn't work but because they where so heavily taxed that they couldn't afford real home's and I couldn't stand watching the people suffering like that I couldn't stand watching hargeon slowly strangling itself to death that I had to take action for five years I put this mob together from getting us weapons to ammunition, to finding a place for you all to put your head so you can rest, to bringing all of hargeon together for are cause and in the span of those five years we became the most feared the most respected and the most sought out group in all of Fiore hell all of Earth land and when the time came WE TOOK HARGEON WE TOOK YOUR HOME BACK from those greedy pigs. and it took us 10 more years to bring hargeon to glory to build back the businesses that were lost to bring the people out of the slums and put them into buildings so they can have something to call home and not a pile of trash. we brought peace through out all of hargeon and we still have a lot of work to do. we fought dark guilds who tried to take are city from us and came out on top we fought the magic knights who tried to take are town for themselves so they can put another greedy pig dictator in power just so they can have control over hargeon but we went through those basterds and came right on top. So if you think through everything we have been through that we are just going to let these damn fish pricks take are town and ruin everything we have poured are blood, sweat, and tears for they have another thing coming and it's not a white flag".

Seeing now that mobsters spirits have been lifted and like that they were back in business as they locked and loaded as they got ready for orders to be shouted at them as Mr.Dykstra called Ross"Ross status report" as Ross began "170 dead 30 wounded and that leaves us with only 300 sir" as Mr.Dykstra told ross "Damn we got are ass handed to us but it doesn't look like it any more " as Mr.Dykstra got back to the spot he was before he began saying "this is the plan I hired fairy tail to handle the main problem in the bay all we have to do is to get rid of these fish freaks in are town I'm calling for a vaccination of the sea folk o and stay clear of the fairy tail  I hired they seem a little on edge the last time I saw them" as Mr.Dykstra sat down on a chair nearby him he was soon approached by Ross and as Ross asked him "you think we can get through this we have never fought anything like this before boss " as Mr.Dykstra answered Ross's question " I don't think we can get through this" after a slight pause "I know we can get though this I just hope that the people from lamia scale and mermaid heel get here as soon as possible"
