Annabeth POV

"So, uhh... what you wanna talk about? Percy asked nervously. He should be nervous.

"That girl you were talking to." I paused.

"Uhh, y-yes?" Percy stuttered. He knew what happened when I got mad.

"That girl you was talking to, j-just don't talk to her." I said as I stuttered.

"Why? She's pretty cool." Percy said cautiously. You could see sweat running down his neck, you could tell he was nervous. I was getting angry that he didn't just say OK and go with it.

"Because!" I shouted. "Can't you tell! She is trying to steal you from me!" I had lost control of my temper.

"What?! No I'm not! I'm just having a conversation with her!" Percy shouted back at me.

"Oh yah?! And what did the jerk talk to you about." I asked him pestering him for the answer. By now the school halls were empty and the rest of the 7 had headed to class.

"She just said hi, we shook hands, she asked me were I had come from and asked me for my phone number and... oh..." Percy stopped there. "Annabeth, I'm sorry I didn't realize until-"

"No! Perseus Jackson! I'm not taking any more of that crap from you! I've had enough! I'm sorry, I-I just can't be with you for now" I started to walk away. I couldn't believe I had just did that, now that jerk was going to try and take him.

"Wait!" Percy shouted at me, he grabbed my arm and stopped me. I couldn't stand to look him straight in the eye. "Your breaking up with me just like that?! We can fix this."

"I-I just can't do this right now, I'm sorry." With that I pulled my arm out of his grip. I ran towards the bathroom not even heading to class, while Percy stood there frozen in shock. I ran into the bathroom into the nearest stall and the first tear hit the ground.

Percy POV

I stood there in shock, my mouth hanging wide open. The bell had already rung and I knew they were going to come look for me but I didn't care. I just couldn't move. All me and Annabeth had been through and then one fight and Bam! We're broken up, I finally started to walk, but not towards class. I walked out the door and nobody stopped me. The teachers weren't really paying attention so i walked right out slamming the doors behind me.

I climbed up a ladder attached to the school wall, I sat up on top. I tried to think but this was not the right place. I walked back into the school and headed to the pool. I just jumped straight in the pool and willed myself not to get wet. This is the place I could think, so Annabeth had just broke up with me and ran off to the bathroom. I couldn't just get the reason that she broke up with me except I was talking to that 'jerk', she was actually really nice. I would get Annabeth back to me one way or another but right now I knew I needed to back off and let her cool down. I was afraid she wouldn't come back to me. The fear overwhelmed me and I sat in thought the rest of the day.

I saw a shadow above me. I feared there would be a teacher above me ready to lecture me about not skipping class but then again I hoped it was Annabeth ready to forgive me and take me back. I came back to the surface and it was neither, It was Leo. He looked worried.

"Dude! There you are! You missed class! We was all worried you got yourself in a mess again! but luckily your OK." Leo said relieved.

"I kinda did get myself in a mess," I said to Leo, he looked confused. "Annabeth broke up with me because I was talking to another girl in class."

"Oh..." There was awkward silence. "Well, don't worry I've been rejected and dumped multiple times." Leo said.

"We all know that." I said because it was true and obvious.

"Well, OK, she'll come back to you. Sorry to cut your therapy time short but we gotta get back into an empty classroom so we can teleport. Piper went to go get Annabeth, hopefully Piper found her.

This was bad to think but I kinda hoped Piper didn't find them. But of course when we went into the empty classroom to be teleported she was in there. Her eyes were red from crying. She wouldn't look me in the eye. We teleported back to the mansion. I skipped dinner, got in bed and immediately fell asleep.
