I opened my eyes. Salty water was dribbling down my neck and I felt like I was going to be sick. It took me a minute to remember where I was - in my old living room. I don't understand - I thought I was outside the room in where the snake attacked me.

Suddenly, out of no where my parents appeared. They looked happy. I forgot how I loved seeing them smile and laugh. They were holding a baby. Me? It was me. I looked at the younger me and realized how beautiful I used to be. I had perfect red cheeks, my hair was a golden brown color which made it shine brightly in the sun and a dimple would appear on my right cheek when I would smile. Everything was perfect. But it felt so wrong. KNOCK! KNOCK! I shot a glance at the brown door, who was it? The door creaked open and a tall figure walked in. How he even get in? I looked at my parents, only to find that their smiles had been wiped off their faces.
"Time's up. You had 24 hours to give us the girl. You failed." the man grabbed something from his pocket. A gun. BANG! BANG! Two shots ended 1 life. My mum was dead. Her eyes were still. There was no movement in her. Her perfect chestnut hair was lying underneath her sleek body.
"Now, hand over the baby, or it's you too." My dad cursed the man and pressed me closer to his chest. "I would rather die than give her to you. You know what you did was wrong brother. You betrayed us by joining the Silver Serpents. That gang won't do you any good if you go around killing your own family. What do want Leah for anyway? She is your niece and if you are going to kill her too then shame on you. "my dad paused. His eyes wondered to the the other gun hiding in the man's jacket pocket. He slowly put me on the floor and dashed towards the gun. Just in time, he reached out to the gun before the man could. Another, BANG! BANG! and the guy collapsed to the ground. Defeat had overcome him. My dad burst into tears. I lay on the floor, looking puzzled. A ghastly wind blew in my face and blackness was all I could see.

Another minute passed and I could see again. This time I was in a cemetery. It was raining and a few sparks of lightning had been covering the sky. In front of me was a single stone. I moved in to get a better view of what was written on it. ROBERT PETERSON
DIED 31st OCTOBER 2007. Robert Peterson. Was he the man in the previous setting? Suddenly, lightning hit a tree only 15ft across from where I was. Something was glistening in the middle of the branches. Tree sap? But surely it was too dark for something like that to shine. I walked over to it as and to my shock saw the last words I had expected to see. YOU ARE THE DAUGHTER OF A MURDERER. I WILL GET REVENGE ON YOU. 12 YEARS FROM NOW... IN THIS SAME CEMETERY. IF YOU DO NOT COME I WILL UNLEASH CHAOS IN YOUR WORLD.

I jolted out of my nightmare. Did the things in my dream really happen?
"Oh good you are awake. I was worried about you. You've been out for 13 hours. You must bee hungry. What would you like? I think I've got some cereal in my fridge, I'll get you that. " Cereal? In the evening? From a fridge? Leah didn't care about how weird Mrs Andreas was, she needed to find a solution to this problem, and fast.
