Chapter 2 unordinary night

    Hanna and Kile walked there beaten path. " let's explore the forest tonight like we used too! " suggested Hanna trying to get him into a relaxed mood. "Well I do not see any reason why we shouldn't, the couch is definitely worn, who likes sitting on metal springs. Let's see if we can walk a mile to the water where the lake meets the river. "Sounds like a plan Hanna!" Kile said. They walked on as they talked about small things.

       They had walked about half of the mile seeing many trees. Kile finally asked Hanna " what is it like in an asylum ?" This made Hanna half angry, but she knew it was just Kile's way of talking offending people without really meaning to offend anyone. "Well first of all it was a mental health facility!" She started shouting louder then she realized at first. She then lowered her tone and continued " It wasn't as bad as people think they helped me with a lot of things. I had a psychiatrist named Alex he helped a lot I learned things that I felt would have helped me before if only I had reached out for help more and, let the people who wanted to help me help me." Kile realized he upset Hanna "I'm sorry I got you into that mental health facility in the first place" Kile said and Hanna could tell he really meant it too. "I do not blame any of it on you. You cannot be so hard on yourself, we would both probally be dead if it was not for you Kile." Hanna responded. Then fell silence between them.

       The trees were green with all sorts of wild flowers blooming and many squirrels and other small animals running about. Hanna and Kile now approached the lake. "Well here we are at last the lake where we met 3 years ago." Hanna said. "Yup back at the beginning." Kile responded a bit less then enthusiastically. "Well whose going to push in who first this time!? " asked Kile a bit more enthusiastic about it now. "You know how mad I get when you push me over the edge of this cliff! You better not! " Hanna started yelling! Yet this was just a trick as to distract Kile and push him in before he did. Hanna then pushed Kile into the lake for one of the few times that she had gotten the upper-hand in doing so. Kile Fell in and did not come up, Hanna stood at the edge waiting knowing he had to come up for air eventually. Kile did come up for air  saying "  you would let me just drown down here !?" Half serious asking her. Hanna then jumped in and said " absolutely, how would I ever know if it was safe to jump in if you haven't done it first" the day was getting to be later, but not yet dark.

           There was a quiet peaceful feeling about two people being together in such a quiet place where nobody could really bother them. The day went on and on but this peaceful feeling was slowly turning eerie without either one of them really paying much attention to that part. Kile and Hanna were now sitting at the waters edge on a cliff bank. After a lot of swimming and playing together they were now sitting down and relaxing. This is when they first started to notice and eerie feeling like they were being watched, as night was now falling.

"Hello" "Hello " echoed. Kile and Hanna jumped on there feet with adrenaline rocketing through their bodies! They heard the voice that they had heard previously at their new neighbors house. They were jumping because they saw what was in front of them! To scared to move and to scared to say anything Kile and Hanna both were. It was a grey being from another world. They just stood their frozen for what seemed like many minutes, but was actually only a few seconds.

Kile finally stepped forward and said "Hello", as Hanna tried to hold him back. The being said "I am called Tob, I was the voice saying hello when you came to visit my home before." They figured it was the same voice coming from the house before. The being continued " my father does not like when we come into contact with humans. He says many things. You are the first humans I have ever met. I have ran away from my house just to see if I could find any humans." Kile replied I am pretty sure you are the first real alien either of us have ever met too!" That statement was not entirely accurate though.
