Skyler's POV
WI'm sitting on my bed when I get a call of my dad so I answer
"Skyler,honey I have something to tell you"he says in tears
"What is it?, dad what's wrong?"I ask
"It's your mother she....she...she's dead"he says
"No..no she can't be"I say bursting into tears
"She is, she was murdered by an assassin"when he says that I hear a gunshot and something hitting the floor
"Dad..dad are you there? Can you hear me?"I say in a worrying tone
"Skyler I love you and I always will remember me and mom"he says
When I hear them words I know their both dead so I hang up and just lie in bed balling my eyes out.
I just wish it was a dream so I shut my eyes and try and remember the happy moment me and Stiles have had but it doesn't work I just can't stop thinking about them.
I decide not to go to school so I can avoid the questions such as what's wrong? , have you been crying?, why are you sad? And what happened?
I set an alarm and cry myself back to sleep.
*3:30*
My alarm goes off so I sit up and think of the only person who can help me so I call Stiles
"Hey Stiles I need to talk to you come to my house"I say
"Ok I'll be there in about five minutes"he says
I continue to cry then I hear Stiles pull up so I go downstairs and open the door, he walks in and asks
"What did you need to tell me?"
"It's about my parents"I say
"What about them?"he asks
"Their...their dead"I say starting to cry
"Skyler come here"he says as he hugs me and kisses me
"Why did it happen to them?"I ask sobbing into his shoulder
"I don't know Skyler but the best we can do is just hope"he says
"Hope for what? There's no hope left in the world"I say
"Hope the police find the asshole who done it"he says trying to reassure me
"Their not going to find it, I am"I say feeling the anger build up inside me
"It's only just happened give it a couple of days until we go searching"he says
"Ok" I say as he wipes away my tears
"Be strong sky"he says
"I'll try"I say taking a deep breath in
"That's my girl"he says
"I love you"I say
"I love you too"he says
"It's going to be ok babe, believe me"he says
Ok babe I trust you"I say wiping away my last tear
"I had a friend who's parents both died then she took her own life"Stiles says
"Why are you telling me this?"I ask
"So you don't make the same decision"he says holding me tightly
"I won't"I say
"You can stay with me tonight"he says
"I'd rather be by myself tonight but thank you for the offer" I say
"That's ok, I understand"he says
"I think I'm just going to go back to bed sleep because I have a headache"I say
"Ok I'll see you tomorrow maybe"he says whilst hugging me
I walk back upstairs and he walks out the door.
I climb into bed and just lie there until my eyes become heavy so I close them and fall asleep.
