Waluigi's POV

Waluigi shakily picked up his phone. Could it have been the man at the coffee shop? 'No,' Waluigi thought,'a man like him wouldn't go for someone like me...'
When he say the mysterious man at the shop though, his heart was immediately pounding. He could feel a certain spark as they made eye contact. There was no way the other man couldn't feel it too.
Suddenly, his attention was caught by the ringing of his phone. Thinking it was the mystery-man, he quickly picked up the phone to hear his lovely voice again.
It was his mother.
She always bothered him about finding someone to settle down with, since it's clear thy he's gone from Smash Bros. for good. He always thought there was nobody out there for him, until that morning in the coffee shop. He didn't even know the man's name, yet that was all he could think about. It was an insatiable feeling of need for the man. Maybe he could find a life with him and gain approval from his dear mother. That would be nice.
Deciding he should get some sleep and stop worrying about the man he admired so much, he went to bed. That was, until he heard a distinct ringing noise. He ran to the phone and was sure to check the caller ID. It was an unknown number.
"Hello?" he said after quickly picking up the phone.
"Yes, um... It's me, the guy from the coffee shop. Is this Waluigi?" the man on the other line nervously asked.
"Yes, it is, how did you know my name?" Waluigi asked, ecstatic to hear the mans voice.
"It was on the receipt," his former customer said quietly.
How could he be so stupid to forget cashier names were on the receipt? Anyway, being desperate for this bit if information he asked,"Please, WAAAAAHT is your name?"
The man was silent for a moment. As though he didn't know his own name, then he said,"It's Robbie. Robbie Rotten."
Robbie Rotten. Robbie Rotten. What a beautiful name. He would never forget it. He quietly repeated the mans name to himself. It rolled off his tongue so nicely. How he would love to moan that name.
"Hello?" He suddenly heard from the other line.
"Oh my gosh excuse me," Waluigi said embarrassed,"but... I have to go."
They exchanged their goodbyes and went on with their lives. Both feeling very odd.
