Stuck. (Currently re-writing the entire story )

Starting this back up

So by the title I am starting back up this story

But I want to know should I re write this story considering I know way more about writing now or pick up from where I had last left off and have this make no such sense to me or to you.
Really it's up to want you guys think I have no clue about this so some input would be great
