**JC'S POV**
I was whispering in her ear and hugging her from behind, trying to calm her down.
"It's not your fault." I whispered in her ear.
After a couple of seconds, she went limp in my arms. I quickly turned her around to see what happened. Her eyes were closed!
I quickly scooped her up in my arms and ran towards my booth. As soon as I got to my booth, I layed her on my table. I sat down in my booth, next to her. I grabbed her hand, checking her pulse on her wrist. I don't know why, but it made me feel better that her heart was beating steady.
I sat there for anothee 30 seconds before Ari began to awaken again.
"Whazafu..." She said, eyes still droopy. Wow whatever she just said, kinda sounds like a clean versio of WTF...
"Hey Ari, are you alright?" I spoke gentlely.
She rubbed her eyes then replied, "Yeah, but what the duck just happened?"
"Well..." I started.
