School was over and me and brenda started to walk home. She lived 2 blocks away from me , which was nice because we can get to know eachother better.
Brenda was talking about this guy named alex who she saw everyday after school, but today she look sad.. i felt bad for her.
"Hey are you ok"
"Yea but i thought i saw alex today in the hall...". She mumbled.
" maybe hes still in class"
"Yea maybe"
Then all of a sudden brenda got swept of her feet and was taken away fast.. i looked behind me and she wasnt there .. i walked towards a bush where i heard giggling.
I looked behind and i saw brenda kissing a guy she looked up and saw me.She got up quick . She smiled and laughed
" ohh.. uhmm haha, sophia this is alex my boyfriend,hehe".
"Hi alex i heard alot of love stories about you from brenda.She always tells me how much she adores you.."
" shutup sophia, haha". I giggled and smiled like a fool,haha.
Alex was tall and had brown hair, he and brenda were such a cute couple. Everytime they kissed she went on his toes and he lifted her just alittle bit.
hehe " so brenda how long have u guys been going out.."? Alex interupted brenda, "1 year 9 months 2 weeks 10 hours 45 minutes and 3..4..5..6..7..8..9..10..etc.. secondS" he smiled and giggled. I can tell his heart was pure nice.
Brenda looked at him with a smirk and started to laugh " hes my smart monkey"
He laughed " and shes my bad ass" they both laughed. Brenda looked at me suddeny " sophia you know brad right" " uhm...hah..yea, why"? " alex is brads best friend" " oh yea brad. Yea me and him have been friends since second grade"
" alex, guess who likes him"
I gave her a deadly look, i was about to slap her but then alex screamed.." SOPHIA, oh wow sophia likes brad. Ahaha i so have to tell hi.. i mean uhm nothing" i looked down embarrassed. I started to walk home. Brenda said bye to alex and ran over to me " whats wrong, dont worry alex isnt going to tell brad anything trust me"
" its not that its... brad is a bad guy and he... nevermind you wont understand".
"Sophia, im here for you".
"I know you are.. at my old school i had a bestfriend.She was amazing, I loved her like a sister...but now that im at this school..and on top of that i have a crush on someone who is totally opposite of me". I leaned over to brenda for a hug.
"Sophia, just follow your heart". She hugged me and waved goodbye, " Ill see you tomorrow"".k".
I got to my house and sighed. "How am i ever going to get through this, Brad will probably never notice me again". I sighed even louder, my mom heard me. " hi sweety, whats wrong"? " nothing mom". "Uhm ok, i love you. " love you too". I opened my door and flooped on my bed. " Maybe at lunch i can get brads attention, somehow"??
