Samantha POV
The same day
October 24 2013
When we went inside, everyone was at the table. I've never been awkward around people, but this is real awkward. Just sitting with all the Lynch family.
Me and Ross sat at the table. They said their blessing, and started eating.
"Would you excuse me for a second?" I said and went upstairs to the bathroom.
I looked at myself in the mirror. Ugh, why wasn't I born pretty. I grabbed my lipgloss out of my pocket and put it on. I went back downstairs, and returned to the table.
"Everything ok?" Ross whispered to me.
"Uh, yeah." I replied. I started eating uncomfortably. I continued eating for half an hour when Ross stood up.
"We're done, so, we're going upstairs." Ross grabbed my wrist and pulled me upstairs. He opened his door and walked in. I sat on the bed, and he followed.
"Sorry about the awkwardness," Ross said.
"It's fine." I said.We just sat and talked for awhile.
"So, Rocky and Riker's birthdays are in a week and two weeks, and I was wondering if you wanted to come to their parties. We're all gonna all pitch in and get Rocky a new guitar and Riker a new bass." Ross said. Riker's birthday isn't on my, right?
"Uh, sure." I replied. Then we heard a knocking on the door.
"Ross, we're going to watch movies in the basement if you guys wanna come." Ryland yelled from outside.
"Sure. Be there in a second." Ross yelled back. He got up and opened the door. He signaled me to come. We went downstairs and sat with the others. Ross sat on the couch next to Riker, while I sat on the floor in front of him. Rocky put in "The Millers", and we watched it.
About one and a half hours later, the movie was over. Rocky then put in "Pitch Perfect", and we watched it till twelve in the morning. I grabbed my phone and texted my mom that I was staying the night again. Ross took me upstairs. We went to his room.
"Do you mind sleeping on the floor? I didn't wanna make the bed thing awkward." He said as he threw blankets on the floor.
"It's fine with me." I said as I helped him. We laid out blankets all over the floor and laid down. We talked for a little bit, and Ross was already asleep. He started talking in his sleep. I quietly laughed to myself and smiled before falling asleep myself.

The next day: October 25 2013
Ross POV
The next morning I woke up and Samantha was still sleeping. I smiled and grabbed my phone. I got on Twitter for awhile and waited for her to wake up. I checked the fans tweets, laughing hysterically at the tweets like:

I favorited them all just as Samantha woke up.
"Hey," I smiled. "Wanna go downstairs?" I asked.
"Sure." She replied, getting up. We went downstairs, finding that no one was up. I went to the kitchen, and saw a note on the counter.
Hey guys! Me and your dad left for Colorado for the week. Sorry for the late notice but we just found out. Promise we'll be home for Rocky and Riker's birthdays! Love you guys! Oh and no parties-mom
