Chapter 1

Chapter 1: Vacation

My name is Jasmin Weather. I'm currently 19 years old and in college. I have a black hair and very dark brown eyes that you would think it's black. I am chubby and my height is 5'2. I have a very serious looks, I often look in somebody intensely that they would think I hate them, but I'm not mad it's just I like to observe. I love anime and reading stuff. I'm an introvert and only have few friends.

"Jasmin!" Someone called my name. I turned to see who is it and it was Richie. She's one of my friends.

"What is it Chie?" I asked

"Vacation is coming!" She yelled cheerfully.

"Yeah, I aware of that. You know, I already packed my anime marathon!" I said excitedly

"No no no. Girl, you're coming with us." She said with a smile

"Huh? Where?" I asked

"You see. Our group planned to have a 2 weeks vacation in Nicolas' house in the province."

"Really? But that would be a bother to him."

"No worries. No one lived there and that's only a vacation house. Nico said it himself."

"That's great! But I doubt I can come with you."

"And why is that?"

"Financial problem."

"You don't need to pay for anything tho. We will use Jessa's van. She already have her parents' permission."

"But-"

"And the foods, we'll just contribute a little. Please go with us." She said pleadingly.

I thought for a second and I just said yes, I know my parents will not allow it so I will still win.

"Yey! Then it's settle. We'll do our food shopping this afternoon."

"Wait, when are we going?"

"Tomorrow noon."

"Already? But I still not have my parents' permission."

'They will not allow me! Yey!' I thought

"Don't worry, Jessa is working on it"

"What do you mean?" I asked

"She's currently asking your parents, duh."

"What?! Where is she? Oh no! I'm in trouble." I said in panic

We searched for Jessa everywhere but we can't find her. We even called her but it's busy.

"I really doubt I'll be allowed to come."

"Jasmin!" Someone called me

I turned around and saw Jessa.

"Jessa!" Richie yelled

"You're coming with us!" Jessa said excitedly.

"You got my parents' consent?"

"Yep!"

"How?" My parents may be kind and giving me a lot of freedom, but the idea of coming in someone's house for 2 weeks is impossible.

"I said that it's Nicolas' house and Dylyn will come too and we're 8 who's coming."

"Woah. Your amazing, you really know what to say." I'm not surprised that they allowed me. With Nico and Dy will be coming, I will too. They ruined my plan.

"Yeah I know that." She said

'Well, it's a loss.' I sighed in my mind

"Then, who are the eight?"

"That would be me, you, Nico, Richie, Dearly, Robert, Jermy, and Miguel."

"The whole gang." I said

"Yep!"

"But to tell you the truth, I don't want to come."

"Oh come on Jasmin, you're always the kill joy."

"You ruined my anime marathon."

"We know, but I promise you'll have more fun in our vacation."

"Ok, I'll expect that." I said in defeat.

After our class that day, we went to supermarket to buy our needs for 2 weeks. To tell you the truth, we are really loud.

After that, we parted our ways and went home. I arranged my clothes and bags. I talked to my parents too. They said that they already know and they allowed me as long as Nico and Dylyn are with me.

My parents are always like that. As long as they are there, everything is fine. Nicolas is my classmate tutor, he's the top one in class and he always help me out. I always tell my parents what he did for me and how much I respect him, he's the leader type and always thoughtful. Dylyn on the other hand is my neighbor classmate. Well, her house is far from us but she's often in our house when we are studying. My parents know that her parents are very strict when it comes to outing, so if they allowed her, they allow me too.

The truth is I don't want to come with them, but it's the first time that the gang are all present. You see, in our usual hang out it's either Dylyn or I'm not around. However, eventhough I don't want to come, I'm excited too. It's my first time having a 2 weeks vacation.
