Niall’s P.O.V.
“Guys, I think I’m goin to hit the sack” I say leaving to get into my car
“Bye” They all shout
I get to my apartment. I don’t have to share with any of the guys. Guess that’s the great thing about being in a band of five guys, there’s always a fifth wheel, and that is me.
I unlock my apartment door, walk in and shuffle to my bedroom. Take off all my clothes, till I’m left in only my boxers.
Right when my head hits the pillow, I’m out like a light bulb.
I was at a little café, this place is just down the street.
I’m sitting in a booth next to a window. I see a bridge, very few cars driving on it. Then I see this brown spec, and then I realized, it was a girl, standing on the edge of the bridge, about to jump.
What do I do?
I think of the only logical thing to do
Run
I bolt out of the café, and sprint over to where the girl is.
“Whatever it is, it can’t be that bad” I yell out to her
She whipped her head around to face me.
“How do you know?” She asks
“Because, nothing in life, is bad enough to take your own life” I answer
“You don’t know me” She says before she leans forward to take the fall
“NO!!!” I yell sprinting after her
I grab her by the waist before she could jump.
“Don’t” I whisper pulling her to my chest
I feel her vibrating, and something warm and wet cover my shirt, it’s then that I notice she was crying.
“You saved me, why?” She asks
“Why not?” I answer her with my own question.
“I-I don’t even know you” She her says giggling a little
“I’m Niall, Niall Horan” I introduce myself
“Y-You’re from that famous boyband, One direction” She says looking surprised
“Yep, what’s your name?” I ask pulling her into the little café and into a booth
“Julia” She replies
“That’s a pretty name, for a very pretty girl” I addressed
She blushed
“If you don’t mind me asking, but, why did you try and kill yourself?” I ask the curiosity getting the better of me.
“Your gonna think it’s stupid, and want nothing to do with me” She chuckled
“You had to have a good reason to try and kill yourself, so it can’t be that stupid” I clarified
“Ok, well it all started when my parents died, they were murdered by a couple of gang members, then after someone finally told me they were gone, I got sent off to live at an orphanage. But no one wanted me. And I thought that since no one wanted me I shouldn’t even be living.” She explained
“that’s not true, I want you” I smiled down at her
She blushed, and looked down at the ground
I grabbed her chin, and made her look up at me.
I looked into her eyes and smiled.
And that’s all I remember before I was rudely shaken awake.
“Dude, get up you’ve been sleeping all day” Liam says
“Come on and join us at the little café down the street, they have great food, I hear” Liam adds
That’s where the girl was, and I never miss out on food
“Ok, just let me get ready?” I ask
“Ok, see you there” Liam leaves me alone to my thoughts
I hurriedly get on some pants and a shirt. Then dash out my front door.
I hope I see her.
I get to the little café. Walk in and sit down with the guys. I look around worriedly, hoping I wasn’t too late.
“Dude, who are you looking for?” Harry asks looking at what I was staring at
“Oh, uh, nothing” I tell them
“You sure, you look kind of stressed out and concerned” Liam adds
“Nope, I’m fine” I say now feeling irritated
Where is she?
Suddenly the bell on the door rings and in walks this girl with her hood up. She goes and sits on one of the bar stools.
I’ll go see if that’s her. I got nothing to lose.
“Hey, can I sit here?” I ask her
“Uh, yeah, sure” She replies
“Can you please put your hood down?” I ask feeling kind of awkward
“Why?” She chuckled
I know that chuckle
“Just cause I wanna see that beautiful face of yours.” I answer
I can’t see her face, but I know she blushed
She grabs her hood and slowly puts in down.
