The girls waited until Emily had finished being interviewed. They were anxious and worried. What would they say? What would they do? They had also noticed that Kristen hadn't moved since they got here. They saw the police picking up his papers, standing up and walking to the door soon followed by Emily.
"Mam do you have anywhere to stay" the police asked her
"She can stay with me for a bit. I have a spear room" Kirsten said chirping into the conversation " but only if you want to"
"I don't want to be any trouble"Emily said still not noticing that her old friends were standing a few steps behind her.
"It's no trouble" Kristen smiled looking at Emily. She nodded in agreement giving a small smile. Kristen and Emily started to walk towards the exit.
"Emily" said Alison in a soft and concerning voice however Emily didn't stop she didn't turn around and she didn't speech, all she did was wipe a tear away from her eye and walk into the car park. She and Kristen got into the car and drove down to Kristen's house.
At Kristen's house
Both girls walked into the house. Emily was slow at walking. She was trying to take in everything that had happened to her in the last 24 hours aswell as everything around her now.
Kristen's house wasn't huge but it was quite big. She had 4 bedrooms and countless pictures in frames of her and another guy. Em didn't know who this guy was but she presumed it was Kristen's boyfriend.
"He Emily, you can have this room if you would like" Kristen said running up a circle spiral staircase. Emily soon followed her and found her standing in the doorway of quite a large very modern room.
"This room is amazing. I am not sure I can take this" Emily said stepping back as she saw the room.
"Emily after all you have been through this is the least I could do for you. And I am alone for the next 2 weeks because my boyfriend went away on a business trip" Kristen said and she led Emily into the room. Emily now had a smile on her face " oh and one more thing, I have some money so let's go shopping. We could both do with new clothes" Kristen was now laughing and even Emily laughed a little.
