Chapter 11 - The Happiest Day

I hide in bushes so no one can ever know what happened to me. I watch as people walk their dogs and play in their yards. There is one specific place i'm needing to go and i am close. It has always been on this street called Colover. Freddy Fazbears Pizza is on this street. I look to see if Freddys is still here but it is gone. Not even a fragment left. That means the kids souls are still lurking somewhere.

Well if Freddys isn't here then there is only one more place i need to go. I know that my father's house is somewhere in the next state. It's not that close to Freddys. It might take years to get there, but i'll take however long it is.

I watch the news to hear that there are sightings of a Freddy Fazbear-esk creature hiding in bushes. It's probably some teenager trying to spread some rumor about Freddys. That happens a lot these days.

Suddenly i see my lights go out. Something must have cut the power because my electric bill is good. I grab my flashlight out of a drawer. I turn it on to see that everything is in place. Probably faulty wiring again. Suddenly i hear a window break from the other room.

I rush to the scene to see that something is inside my house and it doesn't seem happy. I hear metal on metal inside my kitchen. I run to the kitchen to see that one of the knifes are missing. Then i turn around to see someone, and something, that i haven't seen in years.

I walk up to father with the knife i stole from the kitchen. "Who are you?" He asks. As much as i want him to know, i have a feeling he will figure it out soon. "Its me" i tell him. He stares for a moment, then he has this sudden look of realization. "Micheal?" He asks confused.

"The children are unable to finish the job, so i shall do it for them" i say. "You can't kill me" he yells. "Your nothing but a puppet in this world that me and Henry have created" he says. "No, the children were all your puppets" i note. "But now that your creations are destroyed, there are no puppets for them to be imprisoned in anymore.

"I know you destroyed what we created" he says. "But it's just you and me" he notes. I raise up the knife and slash him in the face. He covers his wound with his hand, then he looks at me.

Blood is dripping down and fast. "I never accepted you as a son" he says. I open my jaw and grab his neck. He preys my mask apart, then pushes me down. I get up and hold up my knife again. "After all i've been through, i dont think your shoves will rid me" i tell him.

Suddenly, i see balls of light fly into the room. I understand what they are. "What are those?" Asks father. "They are the souls of the children you killed" i answer. "They are all here, Clara, Till, Jack, all here to get back their happiest day"

"What happiest day?" He asks. "What you told me as a child" i say. "You would tell me when a child had a successful birthday party they would call it their happiest day" i remember as i explain. "That's the day you took from all of them" i continue. "Now it's time for you to get what you deserve" i continue.

"You mean Clara's here?" He asks. I know he still misses his daughter, and mourns what happened to her. I'm not so sure if what happened to her was all his fault. "I'm sure you'll know who she is when you see her" i tell him.

The souls all enter a mysterious closet. "What's in the closet?" I ask. "Its some things that Henry made" he says. Suddenly the doors open. Nineteen children were killed and that's how many small endoskeletons walk out.

The robotic skeletons seemed to be different ages. Some rusty, some shiny, some withered of age. All of them had their distinct features and father seemed to show all of his focus on one of them. It was a rusty one with green eyes. I suddenly realise who those green eyes belonged to.

"Clara" says father with a tear. The animatronic turns to him. It doesn't approach him, it sits there and stares. "Clara you, you know it was an accident right?" He asks. Clara sits there with little pieces of rusted metal, chiping off each second.

"I love you Clara" he says. He picks up the animatronic, Clara, and wraps his arms around her. "Your daddys baby girl" he whispers as the tears from him drips down Clara's body.

"End me" he says. "I know it's the only way to free my baby girl" he contenues. "Clara, i know we aren't going to the same place, so be a good girl, ok" he asks. Clara lets go of father as the other children enter the closet again. They pull out an animatronic suit that i recognise the second i see it.

They place the Circus Baby costume on the ground. With acceptance, father puts the suit on. "Do it Micheal" he says. I walk up to him. I prepare myself to turn the switch in the back to activate the spring locks. "This is the last time i see you, Micheal, when you go with the children, make sure you take care of Clara" he says.

"I will" i tell him. Then i do it. I flick the switch to activate the spring locks. I hear one snap, then i hear another, then i hear the last snap! I look down at his body. Blood rushing out of the metal Circus Baby suit. Then i look at the children with their endoskeleton bodies.

The eyes turn of, then they all fall down onto the ground. I watch as the lights go up in the air. The children are now at peace. Then i see a twentieth endoskeleton in the closet. I know exactly who it is. "I know just what you need, Jack" i whisper.

Cemetery, 2017

I carry the box to the grave i just dug, Which is right next to Claras. When Jack died i put his body in this box. I know i shouldnt have, but i didn't know what else to do. I know that's why he was stuck. I pull his skeleton out of the box, then place it in the grave.

"See you soon" i say to the body. I cover it in dirt. After i fully bary him, i see a light. It's in this door. I open the door to see a stairwell. This is the way to the afterlife. I did it, i freed all the kids. I look to see the kids at the top. I don't see a sign of my father though. The kids have finally had their happiest day. I feel myself leaving the rotting body in the yellow bunny suit. I look back, then forward. Then, finally, i take my first step.

Clara - Daddy what are you trying to show me
William Afton - i made something for you
Clara - Wow daddy what is it.
William Afton - I'll show you
Clara - Wow daddy its beautiful.
William Afton - This is a robot that i made just for you.
Clara - what's its name.
William Afton - Well i thought i would save that job for you
Clara - Wow, ok i'll name her... Baby, you know, like you call me
William Afton - love you baby girl
Clara - love you to daddy
