As soon as I thought about my wolf self, I transformed. I thought I had lost yet another friend, but George didn't run or scream. instead, he just asked "That is so cool! Why didn't you tell me you could do that?" "I-I-I was afraid that you wouldn't be my friend anymore." I replied sadly. "Cassiy, I don't care that you're a werewolf. I will be your friend no matter what." I transformed back to a human (fully clothed) hugged him, and then started to walk home. I cried in relief that night, happy to have a friend that didn't leave me for my weird 'talent'. We kept hanging out until the end of the year, when we parted on the last day of school before summer break. All summer I talked about George, and didn't think anything of it. In 4th grade, though, I realized I had fallen for George, and that I mentally swooned every time I saw him or he talked to me. That year on Valentine's Day, George gave me a beautiful gemstone bracelet! The pearls were the color of my silky fur on my wolf self! In the center of the middle stone, a silver 'C' had been engraved in it. I was so tempted to hug him, but the school's policy immediately squashed that thought. My hope of love had finally come true!!!! Now, this would work a whole lot better if George was a werewolf too, but sadly, he wasn't and there was nothing I could do about it. The biting thing is just a myth. You need to be born a werewolf to be a werewolf. So anyway, that year, we became the school's only 4th grade couple. We were so in love, and he accepted the fact that his girlfriend was a werewolf. I was bullied a lot that year and almost went wolf on a select few. Then I met Rose and Dani. They were so nice to me that I showed them my secret. They were suprised, but were even more nice to me as they "knew what I was going through". I pondered that for a moment what they had said. Then I realized what they meant.
