I ran into the laundry room where Uno was. I hear the back door slam and Unos gone.
"oh my fucking god" Shane said repeatedly curling up in a ball.
i run over to my phone on the kitchen table and call 911.

911 whats your emergency

"yes my dog, h-he uh um he"
911
"sir, calm down, tell me what happened"
Ryland
"I don't know, he's gone, someone took him and is sending threats," I say out of breath running outside with Shane.
911
"ok sir we have sent animal services and investigators and we will get right on it. in the mean time stay calm and stay indoors."
Ryland
"but he's out there! I need my baby home, right now! i can't leave him he's probably terrified! i-"
911
"sir, i understand just please stay inside and be safe until they get there. they should be about... 1 minute away. please follow my directions."
Ryland
"ok thank you i- we will"
i hang up and go inside with shane basically attached to my side. i hear cars pull up and buzz the gate. i let them in and we run outside. they come in and the animal services are going around the neighboorhood. we are asked a lot of questions and shane and i answer truthfully. we tell them everything, even the dream, work, the package, and i hear a knock on the door. i open it and theres uno.
"UNO!! holy shit what, how are you-what" shane runs to the door along with the investigators. he runs to shane and i see a package on the door mat. "um. shane" i turn to him and investigators with fear in my eyes. we all sit on the couch after they call the animal services to update them. we all brace ourselves and open the package. in it there is a note.
