Chapter 3

(Meanwhile, on the other side of the room)

Lucy (exhaling): Thank God, that's over with.

Levy (looks at her from her book): You didn't like the topic, did you, Lu?

Lucy (whining): Nope, Vy. It's just so hard.

(Wendy was standing next to the two girls by the door. Some girls went to where they were to get out through the door. Wendy turned her head to them, resulting to the two ladies turning around and retreating.)

Lucy (giggling): I swear, they looked at you like you were gonna eat them.

Wendy (calmly): So? Should I care?

Narrator: That girl with the deadly aura is Wendy, Wendy Marvell. She is a demon. Well, not literally. Everyone in the classroom, perhaps the whole school, is afraid of her. They had a good reason. One look from her and you'd definitely run for your life too. Yeah, she's cute but that glare...

Levy (shyly): You should. Their opinions matter and ...

Wendy: I didn't ask for their opinions, cuz, and I don't want 'em.

Marjorie (a bit scared): Sorry..

Narrator: Levy McGarden is Wendy's cousin. Unbelievable, right? She is dating Gajeel Redfox, a senior delinquent. Also unbelievable. Thanks to James, I got that info. Like I needed it. The other girl is Lucy Heartfilia, Natsu's secret girlfriend. They keep their relationship a secret because Jude Heartfilia is a scary man when it comes to his dear Lucy. At the same time, she's Levy's cousin on her mother's side. I think the only reason the two girls hang out with Wendy is because they're related. Nothing more.

(A group of guys went to their location. They were near the door so, it was pretty understandable why. As they approached them, Wendy turned around to look at them. They guys squirmed and ran away.)

Levy (sweatdropping): Even the boys fear you.

Lucy (deadpanning): Every girl and boy does.

Meredy: Which is why she doesn't have a boyfriend.

(The three girls felt a shiver on their spines. Turning around, they saw the figure at the door who they dreaded to see.)

Levy: M-Meredy?

Meredy: Hey, cuz!

Wendy (speaks coldly with a glare): What are you doing here?

Meredy: Waiting for my sister and don't ask why. Either that or my phone privileges will be cut.

Narrator: Meredy is, obviously, Wendy's sister. She's a senior at this school. They're clearly related since they both bear infamous reputations.

Lucy: Eh?

Meredy (speaks innocently yet mischeviously at the same time): Anyway, like I said, Wendy's too cold and that's why no boy has the guts to ask her out.

Wendy (rolling her eyes): It's not like you have one, either.

Meredy (hands folded on her chest): As a matter of fact, I do.

Lucy and Levy (shocked): Eh?!

Wendy (scoffs): Fucking liar.

Meredy (nodding, smirking): Yup. I could even show him to you.

Levy (smiling): That's great news, Meredy! I thought you hated relationships!

Lucy (beaming): We're so happy for you!

Wendy (irritated): Are you pointing out that I can't have find a love partner because I'm too harsh?!

Meredy (smug look): Isn't it obvious?

Wendy (pointing at her): Tssk! I'll prove you wrong!

Meredy (smirking): Really?

Wendy (nodding, confidently): I can and will have a boyfriend to prove it!

Meredy (clapping her hands together): It's settled then. Mine's on the sports competition and will be gone for four months.After he returns, we will show our boyfriends to each other and prove that their boyfriends is better than the other one's. 

Wendy (holds her hand out): Deal?

Meredy (shakes it and grins): Deal.

Lucy (sighs): Why do I smell trouble for some reason?

Wendy (walks off away from them, to herself): I'll show her.
