Each trait can record their dreams in the mindspace for later use to turn into Thomas's dreams. The traits are out of 'dream records' and Logan stumbles across all of Anxiety's dream records which he watches, the Personalities thought that Anxiety's dream records were the cause of nightmares but actually they are dreams filled with hope and happiness, they find out that this is why Anxiety sleeps so much, it's because his dreams are a escape from reality
