(halu ya halu ayah " or" wahawi ya wahawi) one of the famous words in egypt and you always hearing these words in ramadan because it's kind of tradition but the truth that egyptians extracted from ancient egyptian words;
when ancient Egyptians used to carry lamps and torches and sing "Oh, O Ayaha" and on the first night of Ramadan every year the children used to sing it.
because of queen "AYAH" the mother of Ahmose 'I' was a pharaoh of ancient Egypt and the founder of the Eighteenth dynasty. He was a member of theTheban royal house, the son of pharaohSeqenenre Tao and brother of the last pharaoh of the Seventeenth dynasty, KingKamose. 
During his reign, he completed the conquest and expulsion of the Hyksos from the delta region, restored Theban rule over the whole of Egypt and successfully reasserted Egyptian power in its formerly subject territories ofNubia and Canaan
before all of his mother 'queen ayah' was preparing her 19 years old son to the war and people sing for her "halu ya halu ayah and wahawi ya wahawi" kind of motivation for her that means now days "the moon is waiting for victory"
as it was the first night of ramadan with the moon starting to form.  also they were always sing for her these words the night before ramadan... you can even recognize that "hello" comes from the word "halu" that means welcome that ancient egyptians used as welcoming to the moon.
