Chapter 2 part 2

"Were you the one that found me?"

"No, Ma'am it was Sir. Ren, he found you at the bottom of the cliff you fell off of.  Then he brought you here to the safe house."

I was now fully awake, "Thanks for telling me, um, where is he? Ren I mean."

"He is just on the other side of this door.  Would you like me to send him in?"

"Yes, please."

She graded the water bowl, rag and then left shutting the door be hind her.  I looked at my shoulder, "Why is it wrapped?" It was wrapped in cloth with a little bit of blood seeping through. "Oh, that's why."

"Well, You did fall from a cliff," I look up startled, there's a man at the side of my bed. "Names Ren."  He sat on the floor resting his head on his propped arm.

"The maid told me that you were the one that found me." I tried to ignore his proximity to me.

"Yeah I was on a walk in my favorite spot when I came accost a cute young girl fallen on top of an old tree stump with a tree branch squared in her left arm, just to find out that she was you, Rika.  But I thought that wasn't possible 'cause you were suppose to be with  Argus."

"So that was his name, he never told me, but the reason I wasn't with him was that we were attacked.  We got separated in the shooting.  Do you know where he is, and if he's all right?"

"Nope.  But we should check out your ankle, that was the reason you fell. Don't you know?" He grabbed my ankle, but all I felt was a numbing tickle.  Okay it was more than that, I started to burst out giggling.

"Stop, Stop that it tickles!" *hahahahah*

He let go of my leg and gave me an amused look.  "What has that?"

"I don't really feel that much pain only a numbing tickle.  Unless it is a sever wound, but why did you grab it?"

"I wanted to see your reaction, is it a bad thing?"

The door slamed open at that moment *huff, huff * "Phew, looks like I make it." Another guy was at the door, he had a lot of scratches on his face though.

"Hey, Rika."
"Hi," Yet again with people knowing my name. "What's your name, you appear to know mine."

"Ha, easy on the eyes too.  Well she is his daughter, what more could you expect."
"Excuse ME! What do you plan to do to me, now that I'm here and everything?"

"Shut up Dain, you're annoying as well Ren."

"Ak, What I do this time?"

"You came in here and started all this mess." The newest person to enter was a girl, thank you cosmos, but are those what I think they are?!

Horns, real live horns! I. Love. Them!

"Um, hi, can I say something really quick, just to get it out of the way?"
"What..? Sure." She seems nice, but detached.
"Well, I just wanted to say, I LOVE YOU HORNS!" I was practically bouncing up and down when I told her.  I need to be chill, be calm, phew...  I looked her I the eyes unsure if I had insulted her or not, but to my surprise she looked astound more so then mad or insulted.
