Niam : Cheating??? (Part 2)

*Liam*

"Mr. Payne?" A man in a white coat came toward me.

"Y-yes." I tried to speak with tears still rolling down my raw cheeks.

"I'm Niall's doctor Mr. Cope." He reached out his hand and I barely shook it.

"I-is he okay?"

"He's stable for now but we need to keep a very very close eye on him. His injuries were pretty bad."

I didn't know what to say. I just stood there staring at him.

"Would you like to go see him Liam?"

"Wha? I mean oh god yes please!"

"Follow me."

I followed him to a door with the number 204 on it but he stopped me.

"There's something I forgot to tell you son."

"W-what?"

"We had to put Niall on a ventilator to help him breathe a little better. It'll be like he's in a small coma for a little while, to help his injuries heal easier, nothing major but we should be able to take the tube out soon as long as his breathing is back to normal but I'm just warning you that it might be extremely hard to see him like that at first so if you need to step out and want some water the blonde nurse over there behind that desk would be happy to get you some just ask her okay?"

"Okay-y..."

I quietly opened the door to Niall's room and stepped in shutting it behind me. When I turned around I couldn't tell if I was gonna be sick or just cry. He just laid there motionless, paler then he usually is, and there were tubes coming from his arms and a bigger one coming out of his mouth. A few tears escaped my eyes as I made my way over to his bedside. I sat next to him and gently grabbed his cold hand.

"Please wake up babe."

----------*4 Days Later------------

"Oh hello Liam, I thought you were sleeping." Amber, Niall's lovely nurse walked in.

"Naw I haven't exactly slept right since Niall's been in here." I sighed.

"Maybe you should go home and sleep in an actual bed Liam. That couch is going to mess up your back and neck, and if you don't be careful you'll be in the room next to Niall."

"I don't know."

"Go home Liam."

"But I don't wanna leave him."

"Please go Liam."

"But-"

"Li-aam-m?" A small voice came from next to me.

I looked down and saw Niall's beautiful blue eyes fluttering open.

"NIALL!" I yelled with joy.

"Ow Li my head." He cringed.

"Oh god I'm so sorry." I whispered and hugged him as tightly as I could without hurting him.

"I missed you so much." I whispered again.

"I missed you too." His voiced cracked. I pulled away from him just enough to see his amazing face. He had tears in his eyes and I knew he was trying hard not to cry.

"I love you Nialler. Don't ever leave me again."

"I love you too Li and I promise I'll always be with you."

"Ni I'm also so very sorry for accusing you of cheating, this is all my fault, I caused this and I am so unbelievably sorry, I should of trusted you."

"It's not your fault Liam. I shouldn't of ran out. I did this to myself. And if I'm honest if I were you I would have thought the same thing so I understand and it's okay babe."

"I can't wait till I marry you!"

"Same, but just one question." He giggled holding my face in his soft hands.

"What baby?"

"Will I be Mr. Payne or will you be Mr. Horan?" He smirked

"Hmmmm what do you want Ni?"

"Well as much as I want you to be Mr. Horan, I'd really love to be Mr. payne because I like that better!"

"Whatever you want babe." We both smiled and kissed.

"Let's go home."
