Chapter Seventeen.

I pulled back from the kiss fast and looked up at him.

"Why'd you do that?" I asked.

"What? Kiss you? Cause I wanted to." he said.

"People in hell want ice water but they ain't getting it, and neither are you. Please get out."

"Ight then." he said walking out and closing my door. I shook my head and flopped back on my pillows.

It was Monday morning and I didn't feel like going to school, but I had too. I got out of bed and went to the bathroom to shower, and surprisingly Terrell wasn't in there. I hopped in the shower for about 10 minutes and got out. I dried wrapped a towel around my body and walked to my room. I slid on some spandex boy shorts and my black bra. I picked out some blue Levis, my black long sleeve shirt and some black Toms. I slid my skinny black belt through the belt loops just because I wanted it. I grabbed my phone and saw I had a text from Nicki. Ain't talk to her in a while.

'Call me when you get this!' I read. I sighed and shook my head not knowing what she would have to say, or should I say yell?

I called her and put it in speaker phone because I didn't even do my hair yet. She answered on the last ring.

"Hello?" I asked brushing my hair.

"Damn, you can't call me no more!?" she yelled.

"Damn, I got yo ass on speaker phone and you still loud as a bitch." I said shaking my head.

"Never mind my voice, what's up with you and Chase? How y'all doing?" she asked.

"Well.. we're good. I guess. I think." I said sitting the brush down.

"What you mean you think? What's wrong? Talk to Dr. Nicki." she said.

"Well, you have to promise not to say anything. Not even to Mark!" I said seriously.

"Ight fine fine." she said.

"Well, me and Chase had sex yesterday, and we went to Mc-"

"What!? Y'all had sex!?"

"Damn tell the whole world won't ya." I said sighing.

"I would, but I don't have that much time on my hands as you can see." she said laughing making me laugh. "How was it?"

"I mean it was good I guess.."

"Y'all use a condom?"

"I.. don't know. Oh my fucking God! We didn't use one! I can't have a child right now! I'm still a damn child myself! Oh my God!!!" I screamed tears filling my eyes.

"Well, maybe it missed the egg. Or maybe he slipped one on without you knowing it." she said.

"I don't know. I need time to think." I said hanging up. I swear I wanted to drop dead right then and there, but I wasn't sure. We were caught up in the moment.

I know teens make mistakes everyday, but I don't wanna be one of those teens!! I love my life the way it is.
