Chapter 11: My Guardian Angel

I cocked my gun and positioned myself pointing at Gus head just waiting for him to come closer.

My heart started to beat fast. This is the moment I've been waiting for, this is for you mom and dad today I will get the justice you both deserve.

I felt my whole life flash before my eyes, I heard yelling everything felt like it was going slow motion. I fired shooting Gus. I turned and I see Flaco running to me and that's when I fall back.

After that I completely blacked out.

Flaco's POV

After shooting Donovan getting a clear hit in his head. I saw Gus move making Greenie only hit his shoulder. I turned to see her and a person hit her in the head with a rock.

"GREENIE DUCK" I yelled.

Then I see her hit the floor and the person saw me and they ran away. I went to see where Gus was at and he left running with the girl that hit Greenie. I went next to Greenie and i picked her up walking away from the car. She was bleeding a little and she still wasn't awake. I was panicking a little now cause it was getting dark. I have been walking for at least an hour or two. I placed her next to me to rest a little. Our surrounding area looked so unfamiliar I have no idea where we could be. We have no money no phone and lost this can't be good. Especially having Greenie unconscious I have no idea what to do. It'll soon get dark and I have no place to go with Greenie. I got up again I was about to pick her up when this car pulled over. I got my gun and cocked it back just in case.

"Is that Mari" asked the guy.

"Who are you" I asked.

"Rico, I know her. Is she okay" asked Rico.

"You look familiar, do I know you" I asked.

"I don't know but I know you, Flaco. I'm a bodyguard at the strip club that's how I know her" said Rico.

"How do I know you aren't lying. And how did you find us" I asked gripping my hand on the gun.

"Your gang raided our strip club and you just took her file" said Rico.

"How you find us then" I asked.

"I put a tracker inside her a while ago just in case of an emergency like right now" said Rico.

I hesitated a little but he did look familiar and that would be something Greenie would do. So I gave in and told him what happened. After explaining the crazy shit we went through we took off to the nearest hospital since she still wasn't awake. Once we got to the hospital they took her in and Rico filled out the paperwork. After a while the doctor came out and told us she was fine that she should wake up any time now. So they let us both go inside her room to wait. After a long while waiting I went to get a cup of coffee.

"I'm going to get coffee you want some" I asked.

"No I'm fine" said Rico.

So I left to get the coffee.

Marisol's Point Of View

I heard beeping and it was making my headache get worse. I groaned and I opened my eyes and that's when I saw my guardian angel Rico so I smiled.

"Rico you found me" I said giving him half a smile.

"Your finally awake" he said smiling back.

"How long have I been out and where's Flaco" I asked.

"It's been a while when I found you both it was getting dark and I'm not sure how long Flaco walked for. And he went to get some coffee" said Rico.
