One Month

Date night | 5

We got to my house at 6:00. I jumped out of the car and was greeted with Mark's warm hands and me being hoisted up into the air. He carried me again, Princess style all the way to the gate. He said his name and put his finger on the scanner, we put him in the system becuase he came so much. "You may enter." It said.

"You may enter." He mimicked in a robot voice. I giggled, "Oh shut up!" The gates opened and he walked through with me still in his arms. We finally got to the kitchen level and he gently laid me down on the love seat kitchen chair. I faked Juliet, "Oh Markeo, Markeo where art thou Markeo?" I asked putting my hand up to my head and acting sick.

"Markeo?" He asked as he opened the fridge. "Got a problem with that?" I asked laughing mid sentence. He didn't answer, he just smiled to himself and glanced up at me, we made eye contact and locked our eyes for what seemed like hours. I got lost in his sea blue eyes struggling to swim out, it was so beautiful.

He slowly approached me, he did it so fast that in just seconds he was only a breath away from me. His eyes were all the permission I needed. I went in and closed my eyes. I could feel his warm lips against my cool ones, he grabbed at my waist pulling me closer. I put my arms around his neck. I just held on to that kiss for as long as I could becuase I knew, he knew that it might be the last.

I was about to faint because it was hard to breath. I finally broke away and opened my eyes only to be greeted with that sea I could never find my way out of, his eyes.

He chuckled, "That felt good, you don't know how long I've been waiting for that, two weeks? But oh goodness, that was amazing." He said looking awestruck. I smiled. He walked back to the refrigerator and he took a six cheese frozen pizza out and he stuck it in the oven.

He grabbed two glasses and filled them to their rims with iced tea. He also took a lemon and cut it up and placed two lemons in each of our glasses.

"Your such a gentleman, are you going back home tonight?" I asked. "Nope, I asked your mom if it was okay if I stayed with you tonight to protect you becuase every day you get yourself into some kind of trouble." He laughed.

"Oh pipe it!" I laughed while lightly punching him on the arm.

Beeeep beeeeep beeeep! I yelped and jumped into his arms. "It's okay Scar, last time I checked ovens don't come to life." He smiled. "Oh, omygosh I'm soooo sorry Mark, I'm just used to those hospital things..."

He smiled and got out the pizza cutter and cut the pizza. I grabbed a piece and plopped it onto my plate. "Thanks babe." I smiled. We grabbed our sweet tea and pizza and walked over to the elevator to go to the movie theatre level, level 13.

We finally got there and we picked out which movie to watch from our millions and I mean millions of movies. We decided on 27 dresses, even though Mark hated it he agreed becuase I was sick.

We put the movie into the projector and sat on the second row and our movie began.

I munched on my pizza while Mark was texting on his phone. I grabbed the control and paused it. "Mark? Are you going to watch this with me or what?" I asked slightly annoyed. "Oh sorry babe, I was-" he began. "Uh-uh no excuses now hand me the phone." I put my hand out like a mother.

He finally gave in. "Thank you, now watch the movie!" I told him.

"Yes ma'am." He retorted. "Excuse me I am not your mother!" I laughed.

"Whatever babe." He laughed.

I shook my head and smiled resuming the movie. Sleep soon overtook me and I was fast asleep in Mark's arms. I was half asleep and I felt his strong hands lift me up and take me to my bed. He got in with me a safe distance away and we both fell asleep.
