"what do ya think ya doing, I was on a date" Cake roared fiercely.
"sorry, Cake Gumbsll he- he" I sighed
"never mind"
I kicked of my shoes when suddenly
"ouch!"
the voice sounded familiar
"marshall lee?"
"oh uh, hey there, Fionna"
"what are you doing here?" I asked
"I heard you crying and wanted to know if you were alright, are you?"
I sighed
"no, not really"
"wanna hang, its night and theres nothing to do so?" he smirked
"uh, I dont know- Cake is-"
cake raised an eyebrow
"just go , Fionna!" Cake exclaimed
I decided i'd go
"follow me, I got a surprise" said marshall lee
"oh, um ok" I blushed
we walked along the green slippery grass and walked further into the forest.
trees were lit with lights and music was playing in the speakers.
marshall lee held out his hand and I cupped my hand in his, this time it felt good and it wasn't wrong.
"surprise!" he yelled
I rubbed my eyes to get a better look, there was a stage and marshall lee hovered over to it and there was lumpy space prince to give him his axe guitar.
"I wanna sing this to a special lady, Fionna"
music was ringing in my ears like a sweet melody, his voice was my comfort and he was there for me, alot.
"baby, you look beautiful in the day and night, I cuddle you warm keep you safe and tight, baby I want you to be mine"
"oooohhhh-" went the back up singers
"baby, cant you see?, you are born to dream and believe. ohhhhh, I need you-"
"but im different, im a vampire yes, im a thousand years old, babe your better then that your, perfection with your sword and your hat yeh, baby its like that, that makes me want you moreee-"

he jumped off the stage and looked into my blue eyes
I blushed
"marshall lee, you- you love me?"
he blushed also
"yeh" he looked down then up tracing the lines of my lips, he leaned in close and he grabbed me by my hips and drew me closer to touching.we kissed, it was good, it felt right. thats that.
"FIONNA!"a figure walked out interrupting me and Marshall lee
