I could remember the day clearly, her smelt of the flowers of the island. The fire danced around us as I spun her in the sand to the music, I could see the joy in her beautiful eyes. This was my life my hope my future, I would do anything for her was all I could remember thinking at the time. But all good things come to end when the hooded man placed a pair of glasses in my hand, my eyes stare into the broken glass splatter with blood. The scent of the blood bringing images into my head, my hands crush the glasses into pieces and I drop it into the sand. I remember so clearly dropping down with so much pain in my chest, all I remember was hearing the hooded man say my friend had never given up. All I thought was Mario you stupid fool! I closed my eyes and whispered softly to myself as Percella crouched beside me, her warm gentle touch comforts me.
"Mario"
(Few days later)
I stood beside Percella at the airport as my car is pulled around, I opened her door I had set my mind to it.
"Fringe he can kill you" her voice enters my ears as I slide into the car, I look over to her and kissed her softly.
"That is why I am taking you to my sisters and they will care for you till I return, you are my first priority Percella" I look into her eyes and wipe a tear away from her cheek.
"Please come back to me" she whispers and I knew I couldn't promise anything but I couldn't tell her I couldn't.
"I promise"
