Randy entered his house.
"Mum, Dad I'm home!"
"Come see me, tell me about your day."
Randy walked into the living room,
"Uh Mum what are you doing?"
"Oh this? Well the new newspaper has coupons and we need them so I decided to cut them out. I'm saving us money!"
"Help me, she's been making me do this since I got in from work."
"I think you'll be ok, anyway what happened at school?"
"I can't tell her what happened." Randy thought as he made up something on the spot.
"I-it a normal day, nothing really happened, no, why would you think that?"
"You're lying aren't you."
"N-no why would you accuse me, your loving son, of lying about my school."
"You got detention, didn't you."
"Y-yeah..."
"That's ok just don't do whatever you did again."
"Ok, when's dinner?
"Dinner? Crap I forgot to get stuff, I'll be back." Randy's dad stood up and left the room.
"I'm going up  to my room, love you." Randy waved at his mum and left for his room.

The small screen of his computer lit up and a small jingle was the first thing he heard. "Great." The message was from an unknown number.

'Thanks for coming to us.'
"It's cool, no worries."
"No THANK YOU for trusting us."
"Um ok? Well I gotta go! Bye!"
"Fine, bye."
"God she's weird." Randy said, to himself.
Randy got up and looks through his school bag. "Yes no homework." Randy slowly but surely puts everything back in his bag. "Now that's done."

BRING BRING

"Dad."

"I GOT DINNER!!!"
"Gosh don't be too excited."
"I'm very hungry personally."
"You always are."
"I'm a growing boy!"
"You're 45."
"And???"
"I want dinner."

Dad finally stops arguing and put dinner on the table.

"Really?"
"I'm not a creative man."
Chinese, again.

"So apart from detention, how was school?"
"Fine."
"Fine?"
"Fine."
"Anyway how was work?"
"Ok."
"Ok?"
"Ok."
"Well I had a very productive day."
"Wonderful."
"Well I'm done, see ya!"

Randy ran so fast up the stairs he almost hurt himself. Throwing himself onto his bed, not changed, he quickly fell asleep, only to be woken up by a loud banging sound.

"WHO THE HEL-!"
"Oh hi Leah, what do you want it's like 3am, also why are you outside my window, it's kinda creepy?"
"Couldn't sleep, i couldn't knock also I think I today is the day we leave."
"WHat? Hold on!"

Randy ran fast down the stairs and opened the ground door as quickly as he could.

"Why today? Why so soon? Wh-."
"I had a dream, but it wasn't really a dream, it was this woman, talking to me about how great the White capital is and that today is the day."
"Ok, ok, well we need Dira-."
"Already here!"
"Oh hi."
"Why are you still in your uniform?"
"Wah- it's doesn't matter and we need to find Hyro and Iako."
"Yeah lets go!"

Dira took Leah and Randy's hand and dragged them all the way to Hyro's apartment.

After dragging Leah and Randy for god knows how long they finally arrived at Hyro's apartment.
"Thank God, I can't feel my hand."
"Never mind, come on!"
Again Dira took their hands and lead them up the tall impending stairs.

"Ok I think my hand is broken."
"Oh shut up."
Dira knocked on the door.
"It's 3am- oh hi, what is it."
"We-well Leah had this weird dream, about the Capital-and-and!"
"Hey, hey slow down, it's ok, I know what your talking about, what I need you to do is, go to school."
"What! That's-thats your advice!"
Yup.' Hryo said putting emphasis on the p, popping it.
"Ok goodnight!"
Hryo slammed the door in their faces.

"I can't believe that motherfu-"
"Hey, keep it pg."
"Ughggh what are we meant to do, just wait for the Capital to take us, away from everything we've ever known!"
"I don't think they're going to take us today, I think they might be giving us a week, say goodbye and stuff."
"W-why would they do that! They're evil!"
"Well I don't know!"
"Both of you, let's-lets just wait and we'll see! Ok! Now if we can stop arguing, let's go and hang some place. I can't go home."
"What about the outlook?"
"Sure! I'll race you!"
"No you don't!"
So off they went.

"Ugh I hate teens."
"What they want?" Said, Iako mouth full of crisps.
"A plan."
"The dream, I guess one of them got it?"
"Can you stop talking with your mouth full, there are crumbs everywhere, and yes the Leah girl."
"Ohh ok." Iako wandered off, to the living room.
Hryo went to his little (actually kinda big) office and sat down. He rubbed his eyes and took out a picture in his little pocket.
"If only she knew."
"Knew what"
"AGGH DON'T DO THAT!"
"Sorry, is that!?"
"Yeah..."
"I'm sorry, I didn't know, I'm so sorry."
"It's ok."
"May I?"
Iako put her palm out and Hyro put the  small picture in her hand.
"What age will she be?"
"About 17, give or take."
'She's beautiful.'
"One thing I'm proud of."
Iako put the picture on the desk.
"She'd be proud."
"Hmm maybe, all I care is that she's happy."
"Do you want anything?"
"No I'm fine.'"
Hryo waved her off.
"Well I'm going to bed, night!"
"Night!"
Hryo set his head in the desk and drifted into a shallow sleep.

"I'm going to miss the outlook, one good part of town."
"I'm going to miss the cafe, good food."
Dira and Leah look at the small of the town in all of this beauty, it's flicking lights, almost like stars in the sky, the smoke coming from the coal factory, the crisp air, home.
Dira sat and placed her head on her legs.
"I can't believe that-that I'm never going to see this place again."
"Come on, I'm sure we will."
"I just-" Dira was tearing up
"God I'm going miss it."
She burst into tears.
"I-I'm really sorry, god you guys have to leave too and I'm making it all about me-"
"We're all thinking the same thing." Randy almost whispered and pulled Dira into a close hug.
LIt's going to be ok, cause we'll always have each other, no matter the course the world puts us on.l
Leah put her arms on them and squeezed.
"No matter what."
"No matter what."
"No matter what."
They all stopped hugging and looked as the sky blushed into a beautiful crimson, colouring the darkness, taking it in.
"Come on, lets go home."
