" how do you feel?" farkle asked holding Riley's hand.

" to be honest like crap" she groaned holding her stomach.

" the pain should wear off soon" farkle noted as riley nodded.

"i feel like I'm on my period" she whispered as farkle snorted.

" you think its funny? your friend just sold her kidney for money and your laughing?" farkle held his hands up as defense as riley went to hit him. farkle grabbed her hand and pulled her in for a soft hug.

she hugged back taking in his sent. she was about to question him when he interrupted her.

" don't ask" he simply said as riley nodded.

"I feel like I'm pregnant" she moaned hugging him tighter as he bit back a chuckle. the doors flung open as the doctor came in holding sheet of paper in his hands. he moved his glasses reading one.

" riley......Mathews?" riley nodded in response.

" okay so the donation it seems to be going well, we just need to run a few test to confirm that you donating hasn't affected your body" he noted.

" what happens if the donation did do something wrong?" riley asked kicking her legs as he flipped through pages. he continued to skim before looking up.

" if the donation did something bad then we would have to revers the surgery and place it back in order or just pray to god that nothing bad is gonna happen. " riley eyes where wide as she bit her lip.

"what If I don't want the surgery?" the doctor looked up removing his glasses setting the papers down.

" mam if you do not take the surgery then you would DIE. you could be slowly dying this very MINUTE and we don't know that till we do the test. you wouldn't even live for a week you would of been dead by tomorrow if you don't take the test. that's unless if your choice is for suicide. then we can arrange with the government and sign a few contracts, but first we must know if you have a lawyer or not" he explained. Now it was Farkles turn to have wide eyes.

" my point is you need that surgery rather you like it or not so shall we take the test?" riley nodded as the doctor faced farkle.

" unless if you are a family member of any kind you must leave" he ordered.

" but I want him to be her-" farkle shut riley up facing the doctor.

" yes I am her cousin by blood " farkle lied showing off his fake smile. the doctor raised his eyebrow checking his stack of papers again.

" it doesn't say she has any relatives like so-"

" HES MY ADOPTED COUSIN. will that count?" the doctor sighed and shrugged.

" I suppose so, but this test does require some physical contacts so if you are not okay with him being here I could send him out" he warned. riley blushed looking down shaking her head.

" okay and if it makes you feel better I could send in a female doctor to help you with your crises , I must attended to some place else and ill se you shortly good day" he left closing the door as farkle looked at riley as her cheeks where in a deep shade of red.

" if you want i could leave, i don't have to be here you know i get if you might feel uncomfortable- "

" NO! i mean no. i don't want to take this alone besides you can stay , just close your eyes the whole time okay?" farkle nodded sitting besides her on the bed.
