Chapter 5: A Night To Remember

When we left off Ash and Lola had just broke it off with Damon and Carlton was on his way to find a real surprise. They say its over. But is it really? Ray, Neicey, Roc and Jay are out on a date. How will it go? Lets find out.

Ray's pov

Ray: Ok this is yall stop Roc

Roc: Yeah boy i know don't rush me

Ray: Whatever niqqa just get out

Roc: Ok bye

Neicey: Bye Jay. have fun

Jay: Bye Neicey. I will

They leave out

Ray: Ok now that they're gone....(gco)

Neicey: Whoa there playboy. This is the first date and you aren't getting anything out of me.

Ray: Why are you guys so defensive? I was gonna say lets talk. You jumped to conclusion for no reason. Are you ok?

Neicey: Yea im good its just that before i got down to the lobby my ex showed up.

Ray: *sighs* Really? You not going to be thinking about him are you?

Neicey: Of course not, im over him. I have you now [flirt voice]

Ray: Yeah ok. I don't want him to interfere with us.

Neicey: [giggles] ok

The limo stops

Ray: We're here

Neicey: Where are we?

Ray: This is what I like to call "the next chapter"

Neicey: Whats that supposed to mean?

Ray had taken Neicey the place that she had talked about going. To the beach. The beach was empty and had a picnic waiting on them.

Neicey: OMG I cant believe you did this

Ray: yeah i know how much you said you wanted to go to the beach while you were here. So i made your expierience romantic.

Neicey: This is the sweetest thing anyone has ever done for me. I don't know what to say

Ray:  You don't have to say anything. Lets eat.

Ray bought tacos, fried chicken,mashed potatoes, salad and some fruit. For desert though, he bought her favorite. Double fudge brownies and cookies and cream ice cream.

Neicey's pov:

Neicey [thoughts] I can't believe he's doing this for me. This is the best first date ever!! I told him this earlier today but i didn't think that he would go out of his way to do this. He really cares. Look the sun is starting to set

Ray: Come on lets walk

Neicey: Ok. Where are we going?

Ray: To the end of the beach and back. We're gonna walk along the sunset and talk while the waves flow in over our feet. I want to get to know you better.

Neicey: I want to get to know you better to.

Ray: Good lets go

While Neicey and Ray go walking among the sunset lets go check on jay and Roc's date. 

Jay: [out of breath] That roller coaster was crazy wild. I can't believe you talked me into getting on that thing

Roc: Yeah it was crazy. Lets go play some games

Jay: Ok you gonna win me something?

Roc: of course

[They play games]

Roc: Yeah one more game then we're going on the faris wheel

Jay: ok

[they get on the faris wheel]

Roc: this was really fun.

Jay: yea it was. Ooh look at the sunset

Roc: yup its beautiful, just like you

Jay: Aww roc thats so sweet.....I mean yea i know

Roc: See there you go again. 

Jay: what are you talking about?

Roc: You frontin. you act like you all hard and you don't wanna be....i don't know i just know that this aint you.

Jay: [yelling] Well maybe you don't know what i have to go through back in Detroit. Maybe being hard is all i know how to do or is what i was taught. Ok i don't know how to be sweet and all of that. 

Roc: Jay calm down im sorry i dont know anything about you to be judging you. But can we change that. I want to be able to know you

Jay: yeah of course you can. im sorry for blowin up like that

Roc: Its ok. but can i ask you one question?

Jay: Yea

Roc: why don't you try to be sensiive?

Jay: Im scared. ok?

Roc: Scared of what bae?

Jay: Of getting hurt. I've seen my girls get hurt so many times and i just don't want that to be me

Roc: I just want you to know that i would never do that. I don't ever want to hurt you ok. i promise.

Jay: ok

Roc and Jay kiss at the top of the farris wheel. And Ray and Neicey kiss right in front of the sunset. Neicey went back to the hotel with a pretty sea shell and Jay went back to the hotel with a neew heart and a big pink stuffed animal.

Neicey: We'd really like to se you guys again

Jay: yea

Ray: Yeah that would be cool

Roc: Yeah and maybe we all could go. All 8 of us

Neicey: Yeah that would be great.

Jay: Call me Roc

Roc: ok bae

Ray: I'll call you tonight

Neicey: OK

And that was a night to remember wasn't it.
