Its a quiet morning so far and at 4:30 in the morning Neicey's alarm goes off.

Alarm: You better ring the alarm i've been through this to long and i'll be d.mn if i see another chick in your arms said Beyonce'

Lola: Uggh. Neicey is that your alarm?

Neicey: Yea it is. I had it so we can get up early. We're going jogging and to the hotel gym

Lola: We? what you mean we?

Neicey: [turns off alarm] We need to go work out. After all of that stuff on our date we need a work out.

Lola: Umm i dont think so and what about the other two?

Neicey: I will wake them up and see if they want to go but they don't have too, we ate all that fatty stuff and we need to keep our figure if we want to stay on the cheerleading team.

Lola: Fine fine fine i'll get up just give me 5 minutes

Neicey: Ok when i get done getting ready ima wake you up

Lola: Whatever. [thoughts] i can't believe she's serious. well we did promise miss reynolds not to go crazy so.. ima just wait til she get me up the next time.

Phone rings

Lola: Neicey your phone is ringing

Neicey: can you answer it. Its probably Ash or Jay

Lola: Hello?

Ash: Hey good morning.

Ash: Yup umm why do i hear beyonce at 4:30 in the morning?

Lola: 'Cuz Neicey is having us go to the hotel gym and jogging to work off all the stuff we ate yesterday

Ash: is she foreal?

Lola: Yes she is. Do you wanna come we was gonna ask yall anyway.

Ash: I do hold up let me ask Jay

Ash: [screaming at Jay while still on the phone] Jay we're goin to the hotel's gym do you want to come?

[Lola hears mumbling but cant make out what she's saying]

Ash: She said no but she's coming

Ash: yes she is we'll be ready in 10 minutes

Lola: Alright

Neicey: Who was that? [as she comes out from the bathroom in a fitted blue and pink Adidas jogging suit

Lola: Your wearing your new jogging suit?

Neicey: What do you think i should wear something different?

Lola: Yeah you should wear that later on today. We aint got no plans but going to the mall

Neicey: Yeah but i was going to wear my mini skirt and cami with my short sleeve sweater and my sandals to the mall.

Lola: Who you tryin to impress? Yo man aint gone be there is he?

Neicey: Well we was on the phone til like 2' in the morning and he said he was going to try

Lola: Oh ok. i still think you should wear your other fitted jogging suit

Neicey: you talkin bout hte one that looks like the one Megan Good wore in Stomp The Yard? Or the one that looks like the one that girl wore in Chris Brown Say Goodbye video?
