Chapter X: Harold Drake

Chris: "When life gives you a hundred reasons to cry show life you have a thousand reasons to smile" that was Grace's favorite quote. I really miss her

Tyrell: I miss her Too, we will avenge her death. Give me Everything you have on Harold Drake.

Chris: Harold Drake, chief of vascular surgery in Jackson Mississippi. He is 63 years old and very good at what he does. He built the Jackson General Hospital from the ground up alone. The hospital is like a storage unit for the organization they store drugs, people they kidnapped, money, guns, on a lower wing made just for them. Since this is the only place on file for where they kidnap someone I think Grace was there and I want to shut down the hospital.

Tyrell: OK so we're dealing with a chief of surgery, can't be too hard right he probably doesn't have security which will make it easy to get to him.

Chris: well that's the thing the organization has been doubling up on security guards, every person from the organization has at least three that never leave your side. It's like trying to break into the penthouse it's impossible.

Tyrell: nothing is impossible you of all people should know that Chris.

Chris: what  exactly is your plan

Tyrell: we create an illusion, we'll cut the power off in the hospital then we will record gunshots on a radio creating a distraction,two of the guards will have to leave to go check it out one guard will stay. I like our odds, after we beat that guard up we'll take the doctor to the elevators down to the sub level where no one can get. We will cut elevator power leaving All three guards upstairs. And just us downstairs.

Chris: but what if your plan fails

Tyrell: have some faith Chris we've gotten this far.

Chris and Tyrell used the jet to get to Mississippi, Harold had a procedure at 10 pm and he should be done at 1 AM. Between 1 am and 1:30 he would clean himself up and go home then is when we will strike.

The time came for Tyrell and Chris to get Harold. It was 20 minutes past 1 Am and they had 10 minutes to pull this off, Tyrell cut the power and one of the guards left to check and see what it was. Then the gunshots went off, the other guard left.  Harold and his security guard made there way to the car Tyrell came from behind and stabbed the guard with the same needle he stabbed Deborah's guard with. Harold started to run Chris tackled him onto the floor.

Guard 1: The powers out and we hear gunshots but no one has guns

Guard 2: Its a trap! Get back upstairs!

Tyrell and Chris were running towards the elevators which was right near the stairwell and the guards were running up the stairs almost through the door. Chris and Tyrell heard them so they ran to the south wing elevators. The guards started opening fire, Chris and Tyrell quickly got on the elevators and went to the sub level shutting down the elevators. Since the sub level couldn't be accessed through the stairwell they were perfectly safe.

Tyrell: Sit down Mr. Drake we have so much to discuss.

Harold:  I have nothing to say to you.

Tyrell: do you know who I am,  i'm Tyrell Peacock you ruined my life you set me up for the murder of Destiny, killed my father, and killed my friend and her brother. Whats Stopping me from killing you right here and right now.

Harold Drake: because we both know you're not a murderer. What do you want with me!

Tyrell: you built this hospital from the ground up 23 years ago. It just amazes me how someone who can barely afford the college tuition all of a something is able to build a hospital from the ground up. I started wondering how did you get your money. How does a man who can't afford a college tuition all of a something can build a hospital. I started to look into you your wife your father-in-law I knew you had to be getting the money from somewhere. Then I saw it, it was actually a brilliant plan. You worked at the Livingston company when you were 20 years of age. You knew Mr. Livingston kept a safe in his office. One thing I learned about you, you are great decoder and you figured out his code. He kept money in there, 300,265 dollars at all times. No one would notice if you took 100 dollars every day especially if he filled it up every week. You were taking 36,500 dollars a year 730,400 in 20 years. Boy were you getting paid.

Harold: You have no proof!

Tyrell: ohhh but we do have proof, mr. Livingston kept a camera in the corner to watch safe at all times. You being you didn't check first to see. Mr. Livingston found out and confronted you, and all of a sudden he dies, one night he jus dies in sleep. Or is that how you made it look. You thought you destroyed everything but he kept a backup memory card for the security camera, which I have.  I have everything i need to put you behind bars and bring down this hospital. Either you can help me but if you go against me then you will live to regret it.

Harold:  so is that your plan   Blackmail your way  through the organization. Good luck if you think that's gonna work.

Tyrell:  I know it's not gonna work but if I threaten the right people it will. Like your daughter: Elizabeth Drake,  does your beloved wife know about you and Deborah, the little trips to Tahiti and Hawaii ouuu and Bora-Bora. I will take everything you have and then take your dignity for fun.

Harold:  your friend looks pretty bad maybe you should help him

Tyrell: Chris what's wrong! Are you ok! You're bleeding!

Chris: i've been shot! One of those guards hit me I've been shot!
