Hello! My name is Diamond Taylors, but my slave master tell me to call myself Hailey. I live in a little shack by the corn field with my mother and sister. I work in the kitchen because I'm respectful to all of the authority around here. But, my sister has a different perspective on this. She believes that we shouldn't be here. We don't even know where we came from, but she's so sure that we shouldn't be here. I always tell her that this was destined and this is where we are meant to be. So, she throws a fit and gets whipped at least once a month. Every time I shake my head in disappointment. Yes, she's my older sister but she has to learn that we will never be free. I was born on December 25th 1740. My sister was born on July 4th 1736. It is currently the year 1756 making me 16 five days ago and my sister 20 five months ago. While working in the fields, my sister found this machine made of metal. We took it home and later that evening we will tamper with it. This is what my sister looks like by the way.
