"Morning Luke" I greeted my brother as I tried to hide my pounding headache. He gave me a suspicious look and took a bite of his pancakes.
"Pills are on the white cupboard in the bathroom, dad changed them of place because he knew you took them after parties" He said before rolling his eyes and standing up, taking a plate from the counter and leaving it on the table. "Say Justin hi from me, I gotta run" He said glancing towards the staircase before giving me a kiss on the forehead. "I'll be back by 18:00"
"Well that went well" Justin chuckled as he walked inside the kitchen with the pills. "Want one too Im guessing?" He said when he saw me eyeing them.
"Yeah please" I said softly before taking a pancake from the plate Luke had left on the counter and leaving it on a napkin "I need nutella" Justin chuckled and left a jar of nutella and a knife beside my napkin.
"Here is your nutella my lady, and your pill" He said giving me a glass of water and a pill. We both swallowed the pills and ate the pancakes as he filled me in on some stuff that Zach told him happened when we left. I knew he was just filling awkward silence and I knew he wanted me to just explode and tell him what I was thinking about but I just wasnt able to. He was part of the why I exploded at the party.

I was laying on the couch, playing 'Candy Crush' on my phone, a week after that party. I was still distant with Justin but I was still talking with him and I didnt think he noticed.
Suddenly my phone rang, snapping me out of my thoughts. It startled me and I dropped it on the ground "Smart move Grace" I mumbled to myself as I picked it up, partly hoping it was Sheri apologizing, and the other hoping it was Justin, saying he wanted to see me (eventhough he just left to Bryce's a couple of hours ago)
"Clay?" I answered, confused as to why he was calling me when he barely even spoke to me at all in school now. His breathing was hard and I sat up quickly. "Are you okay?"
"I need you to come over. Now" He said before I heard the familiar beeping at the other side. He had hung up. What the hell was wrong? I quickly put my shoes on and grabbed my jacket before speeding out the door, walking down the street. Where did Clay live again?
Beep.
Well seems like God heard me because I had a message from Clay with his adress. He lived 15 minutes away and I knew his area so I procedeed to walk down the street, hoping he was okay.
I arrived at his house and quickly knocked on the door, hoping to have no awkward conversations with his family, but luckily he opened the door himself and I gave him a soft smile "Are you okay?" I asked him, taking in his stressed look. He shook his head and took my hand before dragging me upstairs. Okay then.
I walked inside his room behind him and couldnt help but glance around curiously. Seemed like a normal room. Not as nerdy as I expected. "Grace" I heard him call out, snapping me.out of my thoughts. I saw him hold a box, with tapes and I frowned, sitting beside him.
"What is this?" I asked as I took one carefully. The number 1 was written on the front, and the number 2 on the back, in a blue colour that reminded me of Hannah's favourite nail polish.
