Your Pov

"(D/n)! Wait up!" I yelled at my dog who was running ahead in front of me towards another, much larger dog. I lost grip of the leash and was chasing him/her through the dog park.

(D/n) barked at the husky who happily barked back playfully. The two jumped and played together just as a rather handsome man ran up to get the dog.

"Oh my God I'm so sorry, Wolfie can be a little hyper sometimes." The man spoke, running a hand through his dark hair. I looked into his brown eyes and was mesmerized. I quickly snapped out of it when I realized he was still waiting for a response.

"Oh it's fine (d/n) is just a spaz sometimes." I laughed and the stranger joined in.

He stuck out his hand and introduced himself. "I'm Mike, nice to meet you."

"(Y/n)." I said, taking his outstreached hand. I glanced at Wolfie and (d/n) who were still playing together.

"You have a beautiful name." Mike smirked.

I blushed and rolled my eyes. "So you're a flirt?" I asked, smirking slightly.

"Well you say flirt, my friends say man whore." I burst into laughter along with Mike. Our laughter died down and soon we just stood in silence.

I took this time to take in his features, his dark brown eyes and dark hair. He also had some stubble which was really attractive. He had perfect cheekbones and soft pink lips.

"Like what you see?" He smirked. I guess he saw me staring.

"Maybe I do." I said with a wink. No harm in a little flirting, especially when he's cute.

He chuckled and smirked, reaching into his pocket to grab something. He pulled out a phone and quickly unlocked it.

"Can I get your number?" Mike asked in a flirtatious tone.

"Only if I can get yours." I smirked, biting my lip slightly.

We exchanged phones and I put my contact information into his phone. I set my name as '(Y/n) 😉❤'. When I gave him his phone, he looked down and smiled. Mike returned my phone and I saw he did the same thing as I did. His name was set as 'Mikey 😉❤'.

"I'll see you around (y/n)." Mike said with a genuine smile.

"See you." I responded, returning the smile.

Mike called for Wolfie and they headed off together. I called for (d/n) who came running over to me with her/his tail wagging a mile a minute.

"Let's go home girl/boy." And with that me and (d/n) started to walk home. The charming encounter with Mike, still fresh in my mind.
