NOT LONG AFTER HER RUN IN WITH, Natasha did Belle find herself hearing the lunch bell ring. Finding the library was, unsurprisingly, easy for her as she was there in 2.3 seconds after the bell rung loud and clear. Belle sat herself in the far corner of the library in between the various bookcases and shelves, her book Romeo And Juliet, snug in her lap as the familiar words met her eyes.

This was the one reason why she loved lunch in all the schools she had been in, it was all thanks to the place that lots of students abhorred: the library.

In the library, she could be left alone to the sound of silence. The smell of books─and teenagers angst─filled the air and made her smile as Belle finally felt back in her element. Since her little corner hid her well enough, she pulled out a bag of Nacho Cheese Dorittos and munched on them to fill her stomach. She wasn't that hungry anyway, but she knew that her father would question her about eating and she could never lie to her father. Ever. So, at least if she ate some chips she could be somewhat satisfied.

"You like Romeo and Juliet?"

Belle almost ripped the page that she was flipping, but chocked a bit on a small chip in her mouth. She didn't pay much attention to the hand patting her on the back as she tried to clear her airways. Belle felt a water bottle─or so she assumed─pressed against her lips and was thankful to feel the taste of water flow into her mouth. She greedily snatched the water from whoever had disturbed her and finally pulled it away when she felt her throat able to move freely again.

"... I don't know if I should apologize or not."

Belle turned to look who had helped her and her eyes practically bulged out of her head when she saw it was Scott McCall. Who she was warned to keep clear off from Natasha. But who was also flashing her a perfect smile that made her feel funny. Oh no.

"Uh.. um.. mm.." She blushed when all that came out of her mouth were small noises that were beneath her. When felt that she could actually speak English she turned to Scott again, almost surprised that his smile hadn't left his lips, and spoke, "I'm not supposed to talk to you."

His smile dropped into a confused frown and Belle found herself kicking herself in her mind when the teens puppy dog eyes were making her feel bad, "Why not? Did I do something wrong? Was it this morning? I'm sorry if I made yo-"

"Whatever you were involved in that resulted in the death of Vernon Boyd, I want no part of."
