This book is about Earth which was destroyed by nuclear fall out and this fallout 'killed' 2/3 of the population. The remaining population have mutated abilities and bad technology (most was wiped out). These mutations are painful and control you more and more until you either commit suicide or it becomes too powerful for your control.
Enter General Cash Phillips (UnderstandImpossible's OC) or just General Phillips, he is a cheery guy who wants to do something about this war fallout but discovers a cure that has been with-held from the public.
He calls on some citizens (who are fit and not insane) to join an army called the Colosseum. Their mission is to rebel against their better forces with stolen tech and stolen enhancers but
.... Not everything is black and white.
The General as well as the CDC has alternative motives and questionable goals.
Sound interesting? Well then we would be glad to either give you a character spreadsheet for you to fill out (chapter 2) or for you to write about a character already created but hasn't had anybody write about him specifically.
