The Greatest Gift

Chapter Three

Aidan Johansen was happy for his brother he was getting married to his perfect match in two weeks and with his marriage maybe their mother would be to busy being happy for Alex and Ashli that she'd give him a break from the "you-need-a-woman." speeches.

Aidan was the third son of Maggie & Austin Johansen and he like hi other three single brothers was not exempt from his mothers match making although she meant well it was still annoying.

He was seated at his desk asking his brothers what they were getting Alex & Ash for their engagement/wedding and comparing notes

"I'm getting them that crystal set they registered for." stated Ashton, he was two years older than Aidan and the Director of Finance at A3 (cubed) a company that was started by their dad Austin and his two brothers Alan and Aldridge hence the name all of Austin's five son worked at A3 as well as two of Alan's sons Jake and Justice Aldridge who was born late in his grandparents marriage was the same age as Aidan at thirty and had no plans of settling down anytime soon.

"I'm not sure yet." Said Andrew who was Aidan twin.

"What about you" he asked Aidan.

"I'm getting Ash a cookbook and cooking lessons" and had to laugh at their shocked faces. It was a family joke that Alex who loved food would starve since Ash was known to burn water.

"It's a gag gift I'm really going to give her tickets to Jamaica, Ash said she'd never been" he said

As he sat there listen to his brothers debate his mind went back to the lady that had bumped into him earlier in the day the woman was sex on legs and he would have loved to spend a few hours between said legs, too bad he'd probably never see her again. He was suddenly struck by a saying his Grandmother Annie would say "If it's meant to be it'll be."

Aidan was on his way home when he remembered the bookstore that he pasted on his way everyday so he pulled into the parking lot and decided that he'd get the cookbook for Ash & Alex's gift.

When he walked in his first thought was it's meant to be.
Standing in front of him was the object of his daydreams all day and he decided then and there that he would have her a Johansen always got what they wanted no matter how long it took or how hard it was and he wanted this woman.
