chapter 17

Ashton's POV: We hope into my jeep and head to the school which is 15 minutes away. We pull up and hop out. I mindlink ry 'hey ry'. 'Yea ash'  he minklinks back'. 'I got everything for you, schedule, locker number and combo and a paper all the teachers need to sign and be turned in at the end of the day okay?' 'yep no problem thanks' he says. I look at the girls and just think we are so lucky to get two amazing mates. My wolf whines and comes out and speaks "ash," my wolf nick says and continues "me and blaze aka ry's wolf had a meeting with the goddess and, and we each have to choose 1 girl. Once we do the bond will break with the other one." I stutter "wh-what wh-why". "Reasons that i can't explain right now and the girls wolves were there too, they said we have to let our humans decide. We all agreeded now its up to you guys... I'm sorry..." he goes back into the back of my mind. I look at Ryder sitting next to me in class. I go to speak "ry" he cuts me off "I know I just heard, I brought us to class so we wouldn't be late but I just heard the girls run to the bathroom with Sammy. They are crying practically sobbing. They already decide which one they want and agreed but they wont tell me. They say we have to talk in person and its up to me and you to decide. To be honest man I really want roselle but if you want her I'll take mand- " I cut him "no I want Mandy,  you can have roselle". The teacher Ms. Rowan called on us "boys," we look up at her "yes" she points at the door "go we all heard you, tell them before they run. We nod getting up and heading to the door, we look back and say 'thank you' she nods pushing us out the door. We walk through the hallway, it's dead silent nothing but our feet on the floor. We hear a door, our older brother Max comes out and walks with us. We get to the library and walk in. We head to the back and see our girls sniffling. Mandy and Roselle were laying down in Sammy's lap. We sit in front of them and they open their eyes looking at us with tears down their faces and puffy eyes and noses. I motion for Mandy to sit in my lap, she does and roselle sits in Ryder's. I grab Mandy's face and wipe her tears with my thumbs. I whisper "I chose you". Man her eyes lit up like little fireworks, she smiles and kisses my cheek, she mutters "thank you". I nod and lay her head in my chest and kiss her head gently. I smile and look over at ry and rose seeing them in the same position as us. I look at rose and feel nothing. She just smiles and whispers "take care of my little sister". "I promise" I lay my head on Mandy's feeling her breathing softly and evenly. I chuckle and so does the rest of the group.
