"Hey sugarplumps, what's the problem?" Joy asked for the nth time.

"Nothing" I just sighed when she still saw through my lies

"No more lies!" Joy pointed her index fingers to me like she was taunting me. "Honesty is the best policy, Yerm!"

"What are you, a lie detecting machine?" I walked faster but she catched up. With her long legs, how could she be left out by walking faster?

"I'm no machine but I know a trick to know if you're lying" She held my wrist to make me stop walking.

"Now tell me, what's bothering you?" I looked away and tried to think of a lie

"Nothing's wrong, Joy" Instead to have an annoying face, she just smirked.

"Stubborn as always, I see. But I can see that you are still lying. You can't even look at me straight in the eyes! You're pulse began to beat faster and you're sweating too! Not to mention your dark aura surrounding you!" Joy chuckled as I pulled my hands away from her.

"What are you now, a freaking detective?" She just laughed and slung her hands on my shoulders. "Just reading some mystery novels recently"

I just rolled my eyes and continue to roam my eyes around the streets. "Do you want to eat?" I asked her but she suddenly stopped her tracks and raised her index finger.

"I read that if your stomach's empty, the better your brain works!" She continued lecturing me.

"Like I care"

"You care"

"FYI, food is life!"

"I know"

"Then let's eat!"

"But-"

"Why do you need to make your brain work if its summer break?" She stopped arguing with me and just went with the flow. And by flow I meant me pulling her towards McDonalds. After we ate, we went to a mall and shopped 'till we dropped.

"I can see many merchs!!" I exclaimed as my Otaku soul and K-obsession suddenly emerged within me.

"Those merch will do nothing for you" Joy said. I rolled my eyes

"Entertainment, hello?" I began telling her about how merchandises can make any fan girl's life complete. But she still didn't cared.

"Don't waste you're money on those" Here she goes again, acting like a mother. But she has a point. I don't have a money machine to have many money to buy things.

"K" I just replied shortly and walked faster.

"Hey, have you seen Jaehyun's post? That was fucking hilarious! I can't believe that you have a crush on him!" She laughed while I just rolled my eyes. "Tch"

"What's with the attitude, young lady?" She asked me as if I'm a kid. I just ignored her question and chose to be silent but she kept nudging me.
